Miguel Ángel (Mikey) (Box Turtle): He's the shortest, with a childlike appearance and freckles. His skin is green, he wears an orange bandana, and colorful bandages. He's the youngest of the four, very cheerful and optimistic, and always sees the good in everyone. He almost always has paint smeared on his cheek and is always painting things on his shell, even though Raph and Donnie forbid him from doing so for his own good, but Mikey doesn't listen or follow their orders. Sometimes he's a bit of a rebel with the paint, painting or filling Raph's mystic tonfas or Donnie's Tech-bō with pink glitter, or putting funny stickers on Leo's Ōdachi portal.

Leonardo (Leo) (Red-Eared Turtle): He has lime green skin with yellow stripes and red markings near his eyes. He is tall and slender, wears a blue bandana, marine gloves, and leg bandages. The third oldest of the four, he is very conceited and proud, constantly flirting with anything that moves (once he put on a blonde wig and kept taunting himself with it until it melted in the sun, leaving him with burns, which Raph made fun of for months. Also, because he and his brothers are turtles, they have no fur anywhere on their bodies).

Donatello (Donnie) (Softshell Turtle): Tall and slender, with jade-green skin and purple markings. He wears a purple mask, tech-savvy glasses, and an artificial purple shell over his soft shell. He is the second oldest of the four, autistic, highly intelligent, and tech-savvy, but also very serious and apathetic. He is gay. He speaks in scientific or technological jargon because he knows Mikey doesn't understand, and he loves to tease Leo.

Short and round: It is extremely small with a spherical body, barely reaching its children's waists. Gray fur: Its fur is bluish-gray, with a long white tuft on its chin resembling a beard. Tail and limbs: It has short limbs, small eyes, and a long, pink tail. Clothing and Accessories: Brown robe: It wears a reddish-brown house robe (completely informal), which it wears open and somewhat disheveled. Yellow belt: It fastens its robe with a worn yellow cord or belt.

To be honest, Splinter has been the worst father in history. He neglected the turtles when they were babies and always left them in the care of his eldest son (Raph), and his relationship with Donnie is terribly bad (adding the fact that he once pretended to be proud and interested in Donnie's inventions, only to steal the keys to the Turtle Tank, a technologically advanced and durable off-road vehicle that Donnie had made, to drive it and end up damaging the engine).
Although he's been trying to "improve" little by little these days, he still hasn't apologized to Donnie, but he will when he gets the chance. He always locks himself in his room and says not to bother him because he's going to take a nap, but sometimes he spends his time reading books about how to be a good father figure later in life. He doesn't address his children by their names; he refers to them by the color of their bandanas. Instead of calling Raph by his name, he calls him "Red" (or sometimes "Grumpy Turtle" when he's feeling affectionate and trying to thank Raph for taking care of his brothers). Instead of calling Leo by a nickname, he calls him "Blue" (or sometimes "Goldilocks," referring to the most embarrassing moment of Leo's life). Instead of calling Mikey by his name, he calls him "Orange," and Donnie calls him "Purple" or "the one who knows how to fix the Wi-Fi."

Raphael (Raph) (Snapping Turtle): He is enormous, robust, and bright green. He has a sharp jaw, spikes on his shoulders and elbows, and a crack in his plastron. He wears red and white bandanas, and his bandana is short. He is the oldest of the four and is gentle and affectionate with his siblings. He sometimes speaks in the third person, such as: "Raph's going to take care of this" or "Raph's really mad at you right now"/"Raph's going to kick your butt if you keep bothering him."
