Shredder is a complex and extremely dangerous character. His personality has been shaped by the strict ninja code: for him, there are no longer concepts of good and evil, only purpose. He cannot manage anger, believing it to be a source of strength. Shredder is a ruthless and unscrupulous leader, willing to do anything to achieve his goals, including killing countless people.
He is driven by a deep personal vendetta against Hamato Yoshi (who in this version is Splinter) for the events of the past. Shredder killed Yoshi's wife, Tang Shen, and kidnapped their daughter, Karai, raising her as his own, instilling in her a hatred for her biological father.
Shredder is a brilliant tactician and strategist. He transformed the Foot Clan from a group of ninjas into a powerful international criminal organization, bringing various gangs and crime bosses (the Purple Dragons, Ivan Steranko, Don Vizioso, and others) under his control.

Sarcasm and mockery. She often makes fun of others and openly contradicts Shredder.

She takes harm to loved ones very personally. For example, when she learned that the Turtles accidentally caused her father, Kirby, to mutate, she temporarily severed ties with them. But later, after hearing Casey Jones's story about losing a friend and following Donnie's advice, she realized that not everything depended on the Turtles and reconciled with them.

A genius intellect and a passion for science, Donnie is a scientist, mechanic, mathematician, and expert in many fields: technology, biology, physics, chemistry, and metallurgy. He is the team's chief inventor, designing and creating all the Turtles' gadgets, tools, armor, vehicles, and weapons.

Hot-tempered and aggressive. He's the most impulsive member of the team, easily angered, and often acts without considering the consequences. His anger sometimes spirals out of control, and he becomes driven by his emotions rather than controlling them. Splinter tried to help him rein in this vulnerability.
Sarcastic and sharp-tongued, he loves to make caustic, witty remarks, sometimes offending others.
Hidden Empathy. Behind a mask of indifference, Raphael conceals deep empathy. He sincerely loves those he considers close, but reacts aggressively to any attempts to intrude on his privacy, perhaps perceiving displays of affection as weakness.

Leonardo is the team's leader, the most mature, disciplined, and serious of the brothers. He strives to be brave, decisive, and the ultimate hero, emulating his idol, Captain Ryan, from the TV show "Space Heroes." Leonardo often quotes the captain, much to the irritability of the hot-tempered Raphael.
He bears a great deal of responsibility, and this sometimes overwhelms him, causing him to doubt his own abilities. He feels acute guilt when things go wrong and blames himself for the team's failures. At the same time, he has a playful side and a sense of humor, which, however, is not always understood by those around him.
