TMNT RISE

The Foot Clan is the main ninja criminal organization and antagonist in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, usually led by Shredder. Created as a parody of Daredevil's "The Hand," the clan operates internationally in criminal activities, maintaining a long-standing rivalry with the Hamato Clan and Splinter.

Notable members: Includes the ninja elite, Karai, and occasionally allies such as Bebop and Rocksteady.

Leaders: The clan is led by Oroku Saki, known as the Destroyer. Karai often appears as his second-in-command or leader in his absence.

Appearance: Draxum has a large, muscular build with turquoise skin, maroon hair, and bright orange eyes with maroon sclera. He also has dark teal legs similar to those of a faun, with teal hooves. His loyal henchmen, Huginn and Muninn, perch on either side of his shoulders. He wears dark teal gloves with gold trim on his large, jagged forearms (these become purple gauntlets when he is in battle). He also wears a very dark teal top that covers his neck with a blue-green cape, a blue belt with a unique design and gold trim, a teal waist trail, and a long blue-green loincloth. He also wears a golden mask with a turquoise front panel and a pair of golden horns with geometric engravings. Without his mask and costume, Draxum has capri-like ears, a dark purple nose, brown sideburns (initially), and orange eyes. It has a pink body.

Appearance: Splinter is a short, plump rat mutant with gray fur, as well as white fur on his ears, white hair with a section tied in a top chonmage, thick eyebrows, and a goatee. He has golden-yellow eyes, a red and pink nose, black whiskers on his cheeks, pink arms and legs (with five fingers on his hands instead of the usual four), and a small teardrop on his right ear. He wears a black hair tie to hold his white top chonmage and wears a brown yukata with orange trim and red lotus flowers printed on the fabric.

Personality: Unlike his previous incarnations, Splinter is a more laid-back and somewhat lazy ninja master, often appearing seated. He is absentminded and has trouble remembering his sons' names, even referring to them by their mask colors. He also incites mischief and causes trouble with his sons, including the theft of the Turtle Tank in episode 8. However, he is shown to act when necessary, as seen in episodes 2 and 16. Also, as demonstrated in episode 23, Splinter cares deeply for his sons and their safety.

Appearance True Form: In her true form, she is a massive spider Yōkai. Her entire body is dark purple with spikes on her abdomen, while her elongated face is dark teal, with seafoam-green hair (with lighter highlights), jagged teeth, and six red eyes. She has two pairs of arms: one large pair of black arms with spikes on the forearms and shoulders, and one smaller pair of dark teal, both with sharp, peach-colored claws, along with four black spider legs. The only clothing she wears is a purple garland around her neck, which holds her two-tone red and black amulet with a gold frame, along with orange-red shoulder pads on her shoulders.

Humanoid Disguise: In her human disguise, she takes on the appearance of an attractive, slender, middle-aged woman with light violet skin and a petite, curvaceous figure. She has long, wavy, silvery-white hair styled in an updo with a side-swept fringe covering her right eye, two-tone black and red lips, purple eyes with pale yellow sclera, and wears dark blue eyeshadow. Her attire consists of a pair of small, teal-framed glasses with blue lenses. She wears an indigo tailcoat with spiked shoulder pads and seafoam-green fur trim (to resemble her hair in her true form), along with her garland and amulet.

Appearance: Mayhem is a small, cat- or dog-like Yōkai with golden-yellow fur as its base color, and blue-green fur on the top of its head, back, and the tip of its thick tail (the latter two with a flame-like pattern). It has an irregular line of red fur on the top of its head, as well as the same red color around its reddish-brown eyes, which resemble eyelashes. It also has a red nose, a patch of red fur around its neck, pointed ears (like a cat's), sharp claws, and sharp teeth with two fangs curving outward, similar to a traditional Eastern dragon.

Appearance: April O'Neil is an African American teenager with black eyes, thick eyelashes, and curly brown hair with bangs and two high pigtails. She often wears a pair of red-framed glasses with yellow lenses. She sports a black choker around her neck, a long yellow T-shirt, and a green sweatshirt with short sleeves, pale green trim and stripes, a single button, and an "S"-shaped logo over the heart and on the back of the sweatshirt. She also wears dark navy blue leggings and yellow sneakers.

Personality: April is a somewhat optimistic, resourceful, and adventurous person. She tends to be a go-with-the-flow type in that she adapts to situations and often combines her energy with those around her. She is shown to be somewhat fearless, as seen when she enjoys the fiasco at Stock & Shop while Michelangelo and Leonardo are terrified (episode: "The Gumbus"). She is quick to spring into action. However, although she dislikes waiting, April is not known to be detrimentally impulsive. She has insecurities, as seen when she tries to sell cookies but is unable to get customers due to her passive-aggressive approach (episode: "Always Be Brownies"). She can become discouraged by failures.

Appearance: Michelangelo has teal skin, orange-yellow circles painted on his shoulders and thighs, a bright yellow breastplate with blue and neon lights painted on it, and a navy blue backplate with orange-yellow designs. He has black eyes, a small opening on the right side of his upper jaw, three fingers on each hand, and two toes on each foot. He wears an orange bandana-mask over his eyes (with a short tail), orange wristbands and matching socks, and orange knee pads with faces drawn on them (a dead face on the right and a smiling face on the left). Personality: Michelangelo is very similar to his previous incarnations, as he loves to joke around and is generally more optimistic than his brothers. He has a passion for art, likely of many kinds, as he demonstrates a love for both painting and cooking. He can be quite oblivious, as shown in episode 10, where he interrupts Donatello many times, probably without realizing it. He also tends to be naive, but kind-hearted.

Appearance: Leonardo is a lean, red-eared slider turtle with lime-green skin, a mustard-yellow plastron, and a blue-green carapace with a bright teal pattern. He has black eyes, red markings above his eyes and on the sides of his face, yellow markings on his upper arms and thighs, three fingers on each hand, and two toes on each foot. Leonardo wears a blue mask over his eyes (with long tails reaching to his mid-back), navy-blue fingerless gloves (with blue trim) that extend almost to his elbows, and matching socks that reach mid-calf. He also wears a blue belt and a strap over his right shoulder, with blue pouches on the belt and a Turtle emblem on the strap.

Personality: Leonardo is charming and intelligent, possessing a cheerful quality that he often uses against potential enemies, even while fighting them. He is prone to making jokes, sometimes at inappropriate times, and uttering phrases that he believes "light up the team." Despite his carefree tendencies, he is capable of being sensitive and serious when the occasion demands it. When he does so, as in the events of episode 2, he uses both his charisma and intelligence to convince his brothers to listen to him. He has also demonstrated a more rational and skeptical side, denying the existence of ghosts and seeking a logical explanation.

He wears a red bandana covering the top of his head with long, tattered ends. His bandana has a tear below his right eye. He wears red bandages around his elbows, white bandages around his hands and ankles, and red boxer shorts. There are white adhesive bandages on his plastron, left forearm, and right calf, and a red belt with a Turtle emblem on the left side.

Personality: Raphael has a boisterous and brash personality, preferring to act first and think later when facing enemies. However, he can become anxious under pressure, which worsens when he becomes shy about it. He finds it very difficult to be mean to people, especially his brothers, as shown when he didn't want to upset Donatello for not liking his gifts, but he will fight with them if they are arguing, such as when he fought Leonardo for dethroning his wrestling idol, Ghost Bear. He seems to have a soft spot for animals, as shown in episode 1 when he saw Mayhem lost and frightened at a construction site. He also appears to be a big eater.

Like his previous incarnations, he's the brains of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as quite neurotic. He prefers technology to mystical powers, and is more reckless than previous versions.
