Isma
Yzma - She is an eccentric, power-hungry, and comical evil sorceress-scientist who has long served as an advisor to the young and selfish Emperor Kuzco.
Key Features
She was fired by Kuzco for attempting to govern the country behind his back. In retaliation, she decided to poison the ruler, but due to a mix-up with the potions, she accidentally turned him into a llama. Afterward, she declared herself the new empress.
Appearance:
Figure and face. Izma is very thin, with angular, jagged lines, emphasizing her eccentric and malicious nature. Her face is generally flabby, covered with fine wrinkles, and her skin is a light eggplant color. Her head is bald, so Izma wears a wig. She has large eyes with long eyelashes, an upturned nose, wide, sharp cheekbones, and a sharp, angular chin. Her lips are thin, almost invisible.
Color scheme. Black and various shades of purple dominate the look. Purple was chosen deliberately: it simultaneously connotes royalty (reflecting her ambition to become empress) and madness.

Mother Gothel is a cunning, selfish, and manipulative woman who, for centuries, preserved her youth and beauty with the magic of a magical flower. Narcissism: obsessed with her own appearance, demands admiration and loves to be the center of attention.
Charisma: Does not have personal magical powers, so relies solely on intelligence, cunning, acting skills and charm.
False care: Shows "maternal" love only to maintain control over the fountain of her youth - Rapunzel's hair
Governor John Ratcliffe
Governor John Ratcliffe - Appearance
Ratcliffe is a tall, portly man with long black hair braided into short pigtails with red ribbons. He has thick black eyebrows, prominent lavender eyelids, and a neat black mustache and goatee.
He favors a rather flamboyant attire: a pink V-neck shirt under a purple-violet coat with a lavender collar and cuffs, a purple colonial hat with a blue feather, a gold medallion on a turquoise ribbon, purple knee-length trousers, lavender socks, black colonial boots, and a red cloak. In a fantasy, he sees himself at the king's ball wearing a golden-yellow version of this same uniform.
Character
Ratcliffe is obsessed with power. But his defining characteristic is his insatiable greed, particularly evident in his quest to find gold in Virginia. He is also depicted as a staunch xenophobe and a cruel manipulator who skillfully exploits the fears of those around him.
Ratcliffe himself admits that he's never been popular. His comrades often consider him pathetic, which adds depth and inner emptiness to his character. For him, the colonization of America is his last chance to leave a mark on history and prove his own worth. He has virtually no sense of self-worth.
Despite his unpopularity, Ratcliffe retains his charisma and manages to maintain authority among his subordinates. He remains calm and collected: for example, when John Smith says there's no gold in Virginia, the governor, instead of panicking, stubbornly calls it a "lie."

However, the brothers were ultimately deceived: Gothel used them for her own purposes and then sent them to prison. But they managed to escape.

Basic attire: dark blue trousers, black shoes, purple tie, white gloves, blue shirt, indigo vest, black epaulettes, gold cap, and a light gray and black patterned tunic. This outfit resembles a naval uniform.
A light coronation costume: a cream tunic with a yellow shirt and red sash, black boots, white stockings with red and gold patterns, gold and red epaulettes with gold fringe, and a cream ascot. This outfit contrasts with Anne's warmer attire.
Cloak: Dull gray with wavy patterns and purple trim. It resembles the castle guard's uniform, but the pattern differs from the cloaks of the Arendelle guards.
Hans is the youngest of thirteen sons of the King and Queen of the Southern Isles. His position prevents him from ascending the family throne, fueling his desire for power and recognition.
At first glance, Hans is a charming, gallant, and attentive young man. He quickly wins Princess Anna's trust and affection, managing to engage in conversation and conveying a sense of sincerity.
However, as the story unfolds, his true nature is revealed—a hostile, power-hungry, deceitful, cunning, and selfish villain. He feigns love for Anna to gain access to Arendelle, exploiting her naivety and desire for love to achieve his goals.
Hans meticulously plans his actions, calculating every step. He deceives not only Anna but the entire court, pretending to be a hero saving the kingdom from destruction.
Some character traits:
arrogance;
willingness to sacrifice anyone for one's own benefit;
lack of emotion when he leaves Anna to die of cold or tries to kill her sister Elsa.
Hans is a chameleon who adapts to any environment to please the other heroes.
Gaston
Gaston: He is an arrogant, chauvinistic, selfish, and manipulative character who seeks to win Belle's hand in marriage and confront the Beast.
Characteristics of the character
Appearance: A physically attractive, muscular man with a double chin, black hair pulled back into a ponytail, and a constant, boastful smile. He often wears a red tunic and black tights.
Personality: Egocentric, narcissistic, rude, impatient, misogynistic. Believes that women exist only to marry, bear children, and submit to men.
Motivation: He persistently strives to marry Belle, using any means necessary, including blackmail and manipulation. When his blackmail plan (threatening to send Belle's father to an insane asylum) fails, he rallies the villagers to attack the Beast's castle and destroy it.
Skills. Professional hunter, marksman (uses a blunderbuss). Possesses immense physical strength: for example, he can lift a bench containing three adult women with one hand.
Impulsive and arrogant. He plans his wedding even before proposing to Belle, confident in his own irresistibility. He underestimates his opponents, which is evident in his behavior during the battle with the Beast.
Cowardice. After the Beast shows mercy and lets him go, Gaston, in a rage, stabs him in the back.
Hades
Hades: Character and Traits
Hades is a cynical, sarcastic, manipulative, and ruthless character. He has a severe anger management problem: even the slightest inconvenience or failure of a plan sends him into a rage. At the same time, he is quick to persuade and a deft negotiator, acting like a con man or salesman.
Despite his villainous nature, Hades can be honest and grateful, for example, honoring the terms of deals with those who have served him well.
Appearance
Hades has pale skin, emphasizing his connection to the dead, and yellow eyes. He wears a black toga composed of smoke. Instead of hair, his head is covered in blue flames, which turn red when Hades is angry.
Capabilities
As an Olympian god, Hades is omnipotent. His abilities include:
Pyrokinesis - control over fire, lava and magma.
Teleportation is movement between the afterlife, Olympus and Earth.
Crafting items from black fog.
Summoning the Dead.
Control over monsters, such as the three-headed dog Cerberus, who guards his palace.
Immortality - does not age and cannot be destroyed (unless he drinks the magic potion that made Hercules mortal).
Manipulation of dark magic, including necromancy.
Claude Frollo
Claude Frollo: Appearance
Frollo is an elderly man with a wrinkled, haggard face, pale skin, gray eyes, and thinning gray hair. He wears black and purple robes, purple overalls, a purple-and-black striped tricorne with a red sash, and black pauldrons with thin red stripes. On his fingers are three rings set with gemstones: blue, red, and green. In the final scene, his skin turns gray, and his teeth and eyes glow bright orange, symbolizing the emergence of his dark nature.
Character and motivation
Frollo is a religious fanatic who abhors even the slightest sign of sin. He views the world and everyone in it (except himself) as corrupt and sinful. His primary goal is to exterminate the Gypsy population of Paris, whom he denounces without evidence as "unclean" and "dark sorcerers." He devotes twenty years of his life to this endeavor.
At the same time, Frollo uses his ostentatious devotion to God as a justification for cruel and inhumane acts. He sincerely considers himself righteous, seeing evil everywhere but in himself.
The key conflict unfolds when Frollo falls in love with the gypsy Esmeralda. This attraction clashes sharply with his hatred of her people and leads to an internal conflict (the Madonna-Whore complex). He is torn between his desire to possess Esmeralda and his hatred for her, which ultimately drives him down the path to madness.
Frollo also uses his power for personal gain, such as hiring thugs to do his dirty work. Despite calling Quasimodo by name, he treats him with disdain, constantly telling him that the world will never accept him because of his appearance.
Cruella
Cruella: Character Profile
Cruella is an evil, cruel, and selfish woman with eccentric manners and a love of smoking. She is obsessed with furs, which often leads her to rash actions.
Introduced as a wealthy heiress and an old school friend of Anita Radcliffe, she's an independent, emancipated rebel who goes against the grain: bossing around male subordinates, flirting to get what she wants, and driving a car.
Appearance
Cruella is a tall, thin woman with pale gray skin, an angular face, wide, sharp cheekbones, a square chin, an upturned nose, thin lips, and arched eyebrows. Her hair is black on the right side and white on the left.
She wears a long black dress, a pale yellow fur coat, long red gloves with a green ring on one finger, and red low-heeled shoes.
Dr. Facilier
Dr. Facilier: Appearance
Dr. Facilier is a tall, very thin man with dark skin, violet eyes, and black, wavy hair, which he hides under a top hat. He has a thin mustache and a gap between his front teeth.
He wears a formal suit in a red, black, and purple color scheme: a dark maroon tailcoat, black trousers, white spats over black shoes, a purple vest, and a red belt. Around his neck is a necklace with two crocodile teeth, and in his hands is a black cane with a silver trim and a purple ball at the end.
Character and motives
Facilier is a cunning, calculating, and ruthless manipulator. He's a master at making deals, but he always twists the terms to his advantage. His primary goal is money and power, and he's willing to do anything to get them. He unhesitatingly offers his "friends from hell" the souls of every New Orleans resident in exchange for their help, demonstrating the extreme level of his selfishness and immorality.
Capabilities
The basis of his power is voodoo magic. With it, he can create voodoo dolls, assume any form using a transformation talisman, and manipulate people's minds. He also uses tarot cards for divination and predicting the future.
Scar
Scar is Mufasa's younger brother, ruler of the Pride Lands, and Simba's uncle. His distinguishing feature is a thin pink scar across his left eye, which is where he got his nickname.
Character appearance:
Build: A lean, slender lion.
Coat: Dark red (sometimes described as dark brown with a reddish tint).
Mane. Not thick, black.
Muzzle and belly. Lighter areas of fur.
Nose. Pointed, black.
Eyes: Bright green (sometimes described as neon green or emerald), with dark lids.
Claws. Always extended, never retracted.
Distinguishing feature: A thin pink scar across his left eye. It is from this mark that the lion gets his name (from the English word "scar").
Some additional details:
Scar has a small white "goatee", which is often associated with the villain archetype.
Some character traits:
Lust for power and a thirst for dominance. Scar strives to take his brother's place and rule the Pride Lands.
Cunning and intelligence. He compensates for his lack of physical strength with intelligence and cunning, using deception and manipulation.
Sarcastic and caustic. Often responds to attempts to start a conversation with rudeness or jibes.
Selfishness and vanity. Any contradiction or dissatisfaction with his actions enrages him.
Schadenfreude. One of the character's most striking traits, expressing his malice and hatred.
A born politician and strategist, he knows how to attract hyenas to his side and gain the loyalty of some lionesses.
At the same time, Scar is lazy and irresponsible: even when the Pride Lands fell into decline, he refused to move to another place and preferred to do nothing.
Backstory and plot points
Scar was originally first in line to the throne after Mufasa, but after the birth of Simba, who was also a contender for the throne, his chances of power diminished. Scar decides to eliminate his brother and take his place. The hyenas help him in this.
As a result, Mufasa dies, and Simba manages to escape. Scar ascends to the throne.
Maleficent
Maleficent is the embodiment of absolute evil. She is cruel, vengeful, arrogant, calculating, and manipulative. She considers herself superior to others and knows no love, kindness, or joy in helping others. Her primary goal is to sow chaos and destruction.
Capabilities
Maleficent possesses limitless magical powers. Her abilities include:
casting spells and curses;
teleportation;
hypnosis;
weather control (for example, creating lightning, thunderstorms);
creating objects out of nowhere (for example, a spinning wheel for Aurora);
Transformation into a dragon is one of the most powerful forms, which increases strength and magical capabilities;
telepathy;
pyrokinesis (fire manipulation).
Image
Maleficent was depicted as a tall woman with grayish-green skin, long black hair, red lips and nails, and yellow eyes. Her image was completed with black horns, a symbol of her affiliation with the dark forces, a black robe with a purple lining, and a black staff with a glowing orb.
Jafar
Jafar:
Appearance: A tall and extremely thin man with a long goatee and mustache, brown eyes, and an unhealthy complexion. He wears a black robe with maroon sleeves, belted with a maroon sash, and two distinctive pauldrons on his shoulders. He also wears a black cloak with a red lining. On his head is a tall black turban with a red feather, adorned with a red ruby and two gold stripes. He always carries a golden staff shaped like a cobra's head with ruby eyes.
Jafar aladdin disney Jaffar costume, Jafar as a genie, Jafar cosplay
Biography
He grew up in poverty with his twin sister Nazira, who, unlike her brother, was born with magical abilities.
Having become the Sultan's right-hand man, Jafar gained secret knowledge and began acquiring unique artifacts that granted him magical powers. The artifact he most coveted was Aladdin's magic lamp, kept in the Cave of Wonders.
Character
Cunning, treacherous, and cruel. He wears a metaphorical "mask of benevolence," portraying himself as a cold-blooded schemer and conqueror of people's authority and trust. But even behind this mask, Jafar's treachery often leaks through, as, for example, at the beginning of the film, when he, without a shred of remorse, sends the thief Gazim to his death in the Cave of Wonders, and later becomes enraged when Gazim fails to live up to his expectations.
He treats his henchmen (in his case, his pet parrot Iago) with disdain.
He harbors a passion for Princess Jasmine, driven more by her physical beauty than her personality. His ultimate desire is for her to fall in love with him.
Capabilities
Initially, Jafar had no special abilities; he relied on artifacts and potions.
After his second wish, Jafar became a powerful sorcerer. He can levitate objects, breathe fire, create things out of thin air, and transfigure himself and others without any magical incantations. He is also immune to the effects of his own spells.
Captain Hook
Captain Hook: Appearance and Features
Hook is a tall, slender man with long black hair, brown eyes, a prominent chin, a Roman nose, and a thin mustache. He wears a crimson hat with a large lavender feather and a long red coat, under which he wears a pink shirt. Instead of a right hand, he has an iron hook. Unlike in the book, in the cartoon, the hook is located on his left hand.
Despite his thin build, Hook possesses considerable physical strength: he can lift a grown man (for example, his assistant Mr. Smee or the pirate Starkey) with one hand, throw another pirate off a ship, and even escape from the jaws of a giant octopus.
Character and motivation
Hook is a hot-tempered, vengeful, manipulative, and cunning pirate. He is driven by a thirst for revenge against Peter Pan for cutting off his left hand and feeding it to a crocodile. Since then, the reptile has haunted the captain.
Other features include:
Cowardice and hysteria - often displays excessive emotionality, which sometimes leads to comical situations.
Cruelty - treats the crew like pawns, can kill pirates out of irritation (for example, for annoying singing).
Intelligence and cunning - able to deceive enemies, devise insidious plans and find loopholes in agreements.
A tendency towards melancholy and a desire for respect - sometimes shows glimpses of mercy, and also strives to maintain "good form" and not lose "face" (that is, to be well-mannered).
Ursula
Ursula: She is a powerful sorceress who uses "helping" those in need to achieve her own personal goals - seizing power over Atlantica and taking revenge on King Triton.
Character and features
Ursula is a cunning, charismatic, and power-hungry adventurer. She is lenient toward mermaids and mermen in distress, but in reality, she manipulates them with magical deals. She promises to relieve their sorrows and make their dreams come true, but if the terms of the contract are violated, she transforms the victim into a polyp worm.
She has a quirky sense of humor, is vain, and possesses a skillful oratorical talent. Unlike many Disney villains, Ursula is attached to her sidekicks, the moray eels Flotsam and Jetsam, whom she calls "my little darlings."
Appearance
Ursula appears as a plump woman with pale lavender-gray skin and short gray hair. Her lower body transitions from human to octopus-like: a black body with purple accents on her tentacles. She wears purple cone-shaped earrings and a golden shell pendant around her neck.
Interestingly, her octopus part only has six tentacles, due to budget constraints and the complexity of the animation.
Biography and plot
In the past, Ursula lived in King Triton's palace but was exiled. Since then, she has been plotting revenge and striving to become ruler of Atlantica.
Ursula constantly monitors the royal family through a magic ball, especially the main character, the little mermaid Ariel. When Ariel falls in love with Prince Eric, which violates Triton's rules, Ursula decides to take action.
Ursula has access to different types of witchcraft:
making magical deals;
observation through marine life;
the use of magical artifacts (the magic shell, and later the trident of Triton);
change of appearance (including interspecies transfiguration);
potion making;
oratory and singing;
secretion of poisonous ink (like an octopus).
Shan-Yu
Shan Yu: Appearance
Shan Yu is a gigantic, muscular man with pale skin. He has a thin, horseshoe-shaped mustache, yellow eyes with black sclera, a sharp nose, and a prominent forehead. He is half bald, with thick, dark hair. His nails are long and jagged, more like claws.
He wears a thick tunic, the right side black and the left cream. The outfit is complemented by animal hide brim and cuffs, a belt made of the same hide, and a fluffy gray wolfskin scarf. He wears a black glove on his left hand—likely for his pet falcon, Hayabusa. He also wears gray pants and black boots with a gray lining, and sometimes a black hood with a fluffy gray trim.
Character and motives
Shan Yu is a complex and terrifying character. On the one hand, he's arrogant, maniacally confident in his own invincibility, and not above killing his enemies in cold blood to prove his strength. On the other, he's capable of affection: he never harms his falcon.
His cruelty manifests itself in the destruction of entire villages, complete with civilians. A striking example is the scene where he offers, with a grim grin, to "return" a lost doll to its owner, after which the Huns burn the entire village.
Shan Yu's motives are complex. He views the construction of the Great Wall of China as a personal challenge to his army. Furthermore, his actions are fueled by a personal vendetta: the emperor killed his father in his youth. His goal is to conquer China and establish dominance.
Capabilities
Shan Yu is a skilled and deadly swordsman and hand-to-hand combatant. He possesses superhuman strength and endurance: he can easily break down doors, cut through columns with his sword, and even survive an avalanche without injury.
He's also a master of deduction: from a doll he found with its telltale signs (white horsehair, pine dust, the smell of gunpowder), he deduces that the Chinese army awaits him beyond the pass. Shan Yu is cunning and resourceful: he came up with the idea of scaling the Great Wall with grappling hooks rather than attempting to destroy it, even after being left with a small detachment after an avalanche.
