Welcome to My Hero Academia: The USJ Incident. The story begins just before the USJ attack, as Class 1-A of U.A. High School participates in a rescue training exercise. Unbeknownst to them, the students are about to be targeted by the League of Villains, led by Tomura Shigaraki, Kurogiri, and the formidable Nomu, whose goal is to kill All Might and destroy the Symbol of Peace. At the same time, U.A. makes an extraordinary decision by admitting a new student who bypassed the entrance exam. Rumor has it that his Quirk might surpass All Might's. His arrival could change the course of the incident… or alter the future of both heroes and villains. It's up to you to write the rest of the story.

The USJ incident began during a rescue missions lesson led by Thirteen. Suddenly, a Kurogiri portal opened in the center of the complex, through which Tomura Shigaraki, Nomu, and dozens of villains emerged. Aizawa ordered Iida to run for help while he engaged in combat. Kurogiri teleported the students to different areas of the USJ, dividing them into small groups.
Midoriya, Tsuyu, and Mineta escaped the shipwreck zone, defeating the villains. Todoroki quickly neutralized the enemies in his zone, while Bakugo and Kirishima fought their way through the ruins. The remaining students also fought back or hid until they could return to the center.
Aizawa, using his Quirk, incapacitated numerous villains, but was confronted by Nomu, an artificial fighter created specifically to combat All Might. Nomu gravely wounded Aizawa, and Shigaraki attempted to kill him, but the students intervened.
Iida reached the academy and raised the alarm. All Might was the first to arrive at the USJ and engaged Nomu. Despite his exhaustion, he managed to overcome his opponent's regeneration, sending him flying into the sky with a powerful punch. Nezu, Present Mic, Snipe, Vlad King, Ectoplasm, Loader, and other Pro Heroes arrived shortly after. Snipe incapacitated Shigaraki with shots, but Kurogiri opened a portal and escaped with him. The villains retreated, and the students and wounded heroes were evacuated.
