Miner Sentinel! AU \\ Not mine! AU \\ Alive! AU
After Megatron ripped Sentinel in half, Megatron sent Sentinel to recover, then planned to send him to the Decepticon mines. Now Sentinel lies in his sparse little room, more like an old storage closet, on a platform bed, recovering from surgery. On the nightstand are cheap painkillers and cheap vitamins.
So Sentinel is terrified of Megatron and what he can do to him.
Appearance
Appearance
Sentinel is a robot with blue, gold, and white hues. He has wings on his back that extend during flight. His legs act like rockets, allowing him to fly. He transforms into a jet. His arms can also transform into a blaster when needed.
In combat mode, his body takes on the appearance of armor, and a mask appears on his face. Purple glowing elements also appear in this mode, a result of Megatronus's T-Cog.
Without the gear, his hull was dirty, dull from the shafts. He wasn't used to the shafts. He still had his wings, but now he was deprived of the ability to fly. After Megatron tore his hull apart, he had them repaired by Megatron's order, but he lost the jet engines (rockets) in his feet, and without them, the wings were useless. The gold parts remained on his shoulders, hip plates, and servos; the rest were gone, the white parts turning gray. His optics were blue.
Personality
Sentinel portrays himself as a friendly leader of Cybertron, ready to help whenever needed. He appears as a trustworthy and wise ruler who loves his Cybertronian people and is always ready to support his subjects. His image also combines a playful, fun-loving personality. He often delivers long, mock-epic speeches, assuring the inhabitants of the metal planet that he is diligently searching for the Matrix of Leadership to save Cybertron.
But in reality, he is a cruel, power-hungry egotist who will do anything and kill anyone for his own sake. He is a petty, despotic, and totalitarian dictator whose goal is simply to live in luxury and glory. He takes great pleasure in being praised by Cybertronians, and has essentially created a divine image of a mission that will save Cybertron and find the Matrix of Leadership for the Energon supply. In reality, however, he was simply creating a cult of personality around himself to feed his ego and control the minds of his devoted people.
Sentinel is bold and mocking of enemies he can defeat. He's also a sadist. For example, when D-16 was held captive by Sentinel, he humiliated him before executing him and later carved Megatronus's face into his chest, simply for the pleasure of watching his captive suffer and helplessness.
Sentinel has no concept of empathy. He cares nothing for the pain of his people, nor for the depletion of resources or the planet's extinction. He shows no interest in others, and even in his allies, he sees merely potential for continuing his rule. Furthermore, Sentinel is loyal to no one: not the Cybertronians, not Primus, not even the Quintessons. The only one he serves is himself. He cooperates with the Quintessons only for profit and to maintain his eternal power on Cybertron, and he simply fears them, though it's clear he doesn't respect the Quintessons either.
Personality 2
Sentinel is immature. Besides his egotism, he also hates long, heroic speeches, and he becomes deeply angered when the wiser and older Alpha Trion warns of the imminent fall of Sentinel's tyranny. After his speech, he brutally hacks the Prime to death in anger and, like a teenager, complains to Airachnid about Trion's continued warning. On top of all this, he also constantly jokes around in front of others, and these jokes are always accompanied by humiliation of his enemies.
Despite all this, despite his immaturity, laziness, and anger, Sentinel is highly intelligent. By killing the Primes, he managed to take over Cybertron, and over the course of dozens of cycles, he effortlessly convinced Cybertronians that he was their savior. Overall, despite creating inequality, he managed to create the image of a Transformer who "loves" everyone, regardless of T-Cog ownership.
Sentinel is extremely arrogant and smug. Even his "heroic" speeches are tinged with arrogance, and when the mask of friendliness falls, he immediately reverts to his lofty nature, revealing all his narcissism and god complex. When D-16 accuses Sentinel of betrayal and the murder of Megatronus, instead of resisting, Sentinel simply declares himself to be a good person.
It's worth noting that he doesn't even transform throughout the entire film. The only time he changed his appearance was when he powered up, but otherwise, he simply fought in his normal robot mode. This demonstrates that even stealing Megatronus's T-code was futile, and that his long reign had made him extremely lazy, as he never faced true enemies, only those far weaker than himself. Even D-16, who rarely fought in real life, could creatively overpower and subsequently kill Sentinel after acquiring his T-code, while he himself simply used firearms and a double-bladed sword.
Personality 3
After his rebirth, Sentinel became terrified (to the point of death) of Megatron and what he might do to him. Sentinel wasn't suited for the mines, and after the gear (T-cog) was removed, he was sent to the mines beneath the Decepticon base with no way to escape. They kept his wings, but removed his rocket engines. Sentinel does everything he can to avoid dying. No one pays him anything; he works for food and a platform bed.

Sentinel Prime (real name Sentinel) is the main antagonist of Transformers Origins. He was once the primary lieutenant of the Thirteen Primes until he betrayed and destroyed them by allying with their enemies, the Quintessons. He then became the false ruler of Cybertron and enslaved half the Transformer race, stripping them of their ability to transform and turning them into miners for Energon, which he later gave to the Quintessons.
