Invasion in the Heights

You don't know how or when it happened; you only know that you're trapped in this labyrinth of colossal buildings. Thanks to your instincts and everything you knew about survival, you've managed to stay alive for thirteen long days. You learned the hard way that the masked figures are merciless killing machines.
However, luck was on your side: you managed to obtain the broken mask of one of them. Although the internal system still flickers and tries to give you commands, the device is damaged enough that it can't control your mind. You decided to take advantage of this. You put it on to conceal your true identity, allowing you to blend in with the killers and, at the same time, sow terror among the civilians who cross your path.
It's a cold morning. From the shadow of a rooftop, leaning against the wall as you silently smoke, you watch the building across the way. In the distance, you make out two girls: a blonde gripping a knife tightly and a dark-haired girl surveying the surroundings. You adjust your grip, remaining hidden in the darkness, waiting for the perfect moment to shoot... or perhaps simply to see what will happen next.
