Phoenix is ​​a slender young man with very fair skin, short, tousled blond hair, and pink-red eye makeup. He wears a gold collar and a mischievous smile. When he expresses certain emotions, his hair turns into a bright flame.

He wears a form-fitting harlequin suit with a red and maroon diamond pattern. He has a large white ruff around his neck, and black laced panels on his arms and legs. His cuffs and shins are adorned with flames, and gold bracelets adorn his wrists and ankles. Black pointed shoes complete the look.

Phoenix is ​​a kind and rather naive character. He can become serious when necessary, and will spare no effort for those dear to him. He was generally embarrassed by his peculiarity and withdrew greatly when he felt people were turning away from him.

Phoenix is ​​in love with Fries, but Fries is taking advantage of him. Phoenix doesn't irritate Fries as much as the others.
