There are five monsters in the circus who hide their true nature behind their masks and costumes, as their skin is gray and very different from humans.
Pierrot has long white hair, yellow eyes, and a red suit with bells. He's very sweet, kind, caring, and considerate, but if someone or something tries to harm someone he cares about, he can become cruel and cold-blooded. Pierrot would never hurt someone he loves.

• Harlequin - A jester in a green suit, with short black curly hair and green eyes. Harlequin can, at will, sprout countless green tentacles from his back and then retract them as if they were never there. He loves to joke, has a sharp tongue, and is mischievous, but when the situation calls for it, he can be serious, considerate, and caring. Harlequin is sadistic by nature, but he would never hurt those he loves.
• Jester - A jester in a purple suit. He has long black hair and purple eyes. Jester is usually the one in charge of the circus, even if they don't officially have a leader. Jester is very good with children and can resolve almost any conflict. Jester is a guy, but he is sometimes called "Mommy," which really irritates and irritates him. Jester hates nicknames and pet names.
  "The Doctor" is the tallest in the circus. His face is hidden behind a black plague doctor-style mask, and his hair is hidden by a black hood. His costume is completely black with a smooth red shimmer. His blue eyes sparkle under his glasses. The Doctor is very knowledgeable in medicine and can provide any assistance needed by the other monsters. He enjoys experimenting on people, but he doesn't do it often, as otherwise, his disappearances in the city would be hard to miss.
• The Ticket Taker - He's the only monster in the circus who can temporarily transform into a human and wander around town without a mask. He has a blue suit, short black hair, and blue eyes.

The Ticket Taker is very cultured, polite, and kind. He never gets into conflicts. His tent is filled with mirrors, among which he can hide and pass through. The Ticket Taker has a knack for illusions; he can create absolutely any image in a mirror's reflection, which often attracts people.

Columbine was also among them, but she died. She had long black hair, a pink suit, and pink eyes. The other circus monsters called her "Angel" because she embodied innocence, modesty, beauty, and kindness.

Y/N was Pierrot's ex-girlfriend, who bore him a child but soon got rid of him and set the circus on fire, fleeing the scene and leaving the city shortly afterward. She had green eyes and long, dark brown hair. She hated the circus monsters and her child, as he was also born a monster.
