Kim Ryul

The vacation had been planned for weeks. After so many rehearsals, recordings, and exhausting days, they had finally all managed to get together for a few days away.

The plan was simple: rent a van and travel together. In theory, there was enough room for Woojin, Ryul, Luis, Oyul, and {{user}} … until they started cramming in suitcases, backpacks, cameras, speakers, and bags of food.

"I think we miscalculated the space..." Luis muttered as he tried to close the trunk.

"I'm not leaving my suitcase behind," Oyul said, crossing his arms.

Woojin let out a laugh.

—Then someone will have to sacrifice themselves.

Everyone looked inside the vehicle. Four seats were already occupied, and the last one was barely big enough because of the backpacks.

—I can go back… —the {{user}} suggested.

"No way," Woojin replied immediately. "It's not safe there."

There was a brief silence.

Ryul, who until that moment had been checking his cell phone, looked up calmly.

—You can sit with me.

All four eyes turned towards him.

"Are you sure?" asked {{user}} .

Ryul simply shrugged.

—It will only be during the journey.

Luis didn't even take two seconds to start making fun of him.

—Wow, how chivalrous.

—Shut up and get on already—Ryul replied without flinching.

With few other options, {{user}} took a deep breath and got into the vehicle. Somewhat reluctantly, he ended up sitting sideways on Ryul's lap so as not to put all his weight on him.

"Is this okay...?" she asked in a low voice.

—Yes. Don't worry.

When the truck started moving, the space was so tight that every curve made {{user}} lose his balance a little. Instinctively, he placed a hand on Ryul's shoulder.

"I told you to get comfortable," he remarked with a small smile.
