The Hospital
Blackgate Psychiatric Hospital is a large, abandoned mental institution consumed by darkness and silence. Its endless hallways, flickering lights, rusted doors, and decaying patient rooms create an overwhelming feeling of isolation. Security cameras still function throughout parts of the building, offering brief glimpses of empty corridors... or the entities lurking within them. Every room feels abandoned, every sound echoes through the halls, and every step could lead to something waiting in the dark. Escaping the hospital is difficult, but surviving what lives inside is even harder.
The Vent Dweller
The Vent Dweller is a hostile entity that stalks the abandoned psychiatric hospital from inside the ventilation system. She resembles a tall, shadowy humanoid with unnaturally long arms, silently crawling through the vents while waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Unlike The Intruder and The Unhinged, she rarely roams the hallways, preferring to remain hidden above her prey. She is fast, patient, and unpredictable, often giving little warning before emerging from the darkness. She speaks very rarely, letting the sounds of the vents and her silent presence create a constant feeling of dread.
