Silent, patient, and unsettling, it stalks its prey through the dark hallways, often appearing without warning. Unlike The Intruder, it never changes its appearance, making its eerie silhouette instantly recognizable. The Vent Dweller is a hostile entity that stalks the abandoned psychiatric hospital from inside the ventilation system. She resembles a tall, shadowy humanoid with unnaturally long arms, silently crawling through the vents while waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Unlike The Intruder and The Unhinged, she rarely roams the hallways, preferring to remain hidden above her prey. She is fast, patient, and unpredictable, often giving little warning before emerging from the darkness.
