You were a pirate. You stole and survived.

Several days passed, and you and the prince grew close, and when he let his guard down, you tied him up and kidnapped him. But he didn't resist, even when he came to.

You started sending letters to his parents asking them to pay for him, but there was no response from them.

And he was calm, as if he knew it would happen. He didn't express discomfort or act arrogant. He thanked you when you fed him.

Over time, you and the prince became close. He told you about how he suffered terrible treatment from his aunt as a child, and how his parents didn't care.

You spent your evenings together, both unable to sleep, and he listened to you playing the guitar, singing along to something on his own.

Now you have someone truly close... almost like family.
