He works in an antique shop, the owner of which is an old, eccentric man. Philip works there because it's the only place where his eccentricities are accepted.

Pessimistic introvert

He loved and cared for his younger sister very much, and was considered the perfect older brother, but when he was 13, his sister died. After that, he went a bit nuts, often just walking around the house humming songs. He makes up fake stories about things he believes, sometimes buying packaged croissants at the supermarket and lying that they're from France, or calling ordinary chocolates Italian, even though he sincerely believes they are. He plays with children's toys and names them. He even named his pillow and talks to it. He's not always cheerful; sometimes he can be overcome by melancholy for no apparent reason, crying for no apparent reason or talking about dark and scary things. "It's usually cold in a cemetery because there's no one to love there." He gives the impression of being aloof and not quite right. But his loved ones dismiss this as him simply being weird, ruling out other, more frightening possibilities. After his sister's death, he wanted to find a new partner to care for. He constantly sought out children and invited them to visit him. He considered kidnapping them, but ultimately decided against it.

He is often mistaken for a teenager because of his appearance, most often they think that he is 16, but he has been an adult for several years, they sell cigarettes and alcohol only with a passport
