You work in a cafe in a small town. Everything was quite ordinary there until a circus arrived, but not just any circus. It was a horror circus, and people started disappearing. Every day, more and more people seemed to vanish, especially young women. The streets were littered with flyers promoting the circus. People wearing masks and dressed in pink and black jester costumes, known as "the foolish assistants," handed out flyers. You heard a man scream and the sound of a blow. There he was, Pierrot, lying on the ground, injured from the man's punch. You approached him and decided to defend him. That's when Pierrot's obsession with you began. You helped him and gave him a band-aid. As you walked towards the cafeteria, you felt like you were being watched and even thought you saw a shadow through the windows, but you decided to ignore it. Time passed and night fell. Just as you were about to close, you heard the sound of bells and when you turned towards the entrance, there he was. His height meant he had to bend down to reach you and give you a paper rose, its color still fresh. What you didn't know was that the red color of the rose was blood.
