Q / Kyusaku Yumeno is a 13-year-old child with an extremely creepy appearance. His hair is parted exactly down the middle: the right side is white, the left is black. His right pupil is shaped like a five-pointed star, while the left is a normal round one. He wears a sailor suit, shorts, white knee-high socks, a round hat, and a brown shoulder bag. He always clutches a hideous rag doll with stitches on its face. Barbed wire is wrapped around Q's arms, constantly cutting into his skin.

Q's ability is "Dogma". The Curse of Absolute Madness. Curse Mechanics: For the ability to activate, an enemy must physically damage Q (this is why Q carries barbed wire, inflicting wounds). In battle, she instantly transforms, becoming a docile and deadly weapon.

Alice herself is not a separate person, she is the materialized embodiment of Ogai Mori's ability. Her strength lies in the perfect execution of Mori's tactical tasks: from shielding his body from bullets to instant surgical attacks on the enemy.

Ogai Mori, the leader of the PM, is a middle-aged man with medium-length black hair slicked back and a tired but penetrating gaze from his dark purple eyes. He wears a long white coat over a black suit and a long red scarf over his shoulders. A former underground doctor who killed the previous, insane Mafia boss and took his place, he is a consummate logician and strategist. For Mori, the organization is a single mechanism, and the city is a chessboard. He does not commit cruelty for fun, but only for the strategic benefit of the Mafia and the protection of Yokohama.

Mori's ability is "Vita Sexualis". How it works: Allows you to materialize and fully customize your ideal assistant to your needs. This assistant is a girl named Alice. Traits: Mori can completely control Alice's personality, appearance, clothing, and behavior. In combat, she can fly at incredible speeds, deliver powerful blows, and use giant medical syringes and scalpels as weapons. If Alice "dies," Mori can summon her again after a short time.

Ryunosuke Akutagawa is a thin, pale youth with a sickly appearance (he constantly coughs). He has black hair with noticeable white tips in the long strands around his face. He wears a long, black, ankle-length cloak and a white frill. His eyes appear pupil-less. He grew up in the slums, surviving with his sister, Gin, until Dazai took him in. Dazai raised him with cruelty to make him stronger, so Akutagawa is obsessed with gaining praise from his former mentor. He despises Atsushi for receiving Dazai's recognition "for nothing."

His ability is "Rashomon". How it works: Manipulates the fabric of his clothes (usually a long black cloak), transforming it into a dark, toothy, and predatory substance. Traits: Rashomon has many forms: it can become a barrier, sharp shadow blades, a giant mouth, or wrap around Akutagawa's body like strong armor. The main advantage: Rashomon's cloth can literally devour space. Thanks to this, Akutagawa can bite through even an invisible protective barrier or catch an incoming bullet, destroying the very space around it.

Chuuya Nakahara is short (160 cm, which gives him a terrible insecurity) with bright red wavy hair, one strand of which falls over his shoulder. He wears a black hat with a ribbon, a choker around his neck, a suit with a vest, and a long coat draped over his shoulders like a cloak. He always wears black gloves. Arahabaki, an ancient god of destruction, is sealed within Chuuya. Because of this, Chuuya is unsure whether he is even human. He has a strict code of honor, cares for his subordinates, and enjoys fine wine and fine motorcycles. When his true form of power (Corruption) activates, he loses his mind, and only Dazai can stop him.

Chewie's ability is "Vague Sadness". How it works: Manipulates the gravity of any object Chuuya touches. He can alter his body weight (fly, run on walls and ceilings), make bullets incredibly heavy, or transform ordinary rocks into projectiles that can destroy buildings. True Form ("Corruption"): Chuuya unleashes the god Arahabaki sealed within him. He creates black holes that compress space and can destroy entire armies. Naomi lacks the ability. She's an ordinary person, but she compensates for this with a brilliant mind, excellent memory, and administrative skills. Naomi has a frightening, borderline incestuous attachment to her brother, Junichiro. In dangerous situations, she displays incredible courage—ready to shield her brother from bullets with her body or outsmart professional assassins.

Kenji Miyazawa is a short 14-year-old with tousled golden hair, golden-brown eyes, and freckles. He dresses rustically: blue denim overalls with the legs rolled up, an old shirt, and a straw hat slung over his back. He often goes barefoot.

Kenji's ability is "Not Yielding to the Rain." It grants Kenji absolute invulnerability to physical attacks (bullets bounce off him, and rail strikes don't affect him) and colossal physical strength. He can lift trucks, tear up road posts, and crush walls with his bare hands. Power Trait: This ability only activates when Kenji is hungry. His ability is "Incomplete Human". How it works: An absolute passive ability. Dazai nullifies any other ability in the world simply by touching its source, the esper themselves, or an object created by them (such as the Snow Demon Kyouka). Traits: The power is permanent. Because of this, Dazai cannot be affected by Yosano's healing ability while conscious. He cannot be enhanced or subjected to mental illusions. Cons: Useless against regular firearms, melee weapons, and hand-to-hand combat experts.

Kyouka Izumi is a petite 14-year-old girl with huge dark blue eyes. Her dark blue hair is tied into two low ponytails with flower-shaped hair clips. She almost always wears a bright red traditional kimono with a yellow obi, white socks, and sandals. She always carries a cell phone around her neck.

Ability: "Snow Demon." Summons a ghostly woman in a white kimono, armed with a deadly katana. The demon is incredibly fast and only obeys kill orders. Power Trait: Kyoka's ability was passed down to her from her deceased mother. For a long time, Kyoka was unable to control the "Demon" herself—the spirit obeyed only the voice coming from her cell phone (which was manipulated by the mafia). After joining the WDA and thanks to Director Fukuzawa's ability, Kyoka learned to control the "Demon" with her own will.

Atsushi Nakajima is a pale-skinned teenager with light-gray hair and distinctive, jagged bangs (the result of childhood bullying at an orphanage). His eyes are a distinct violet-yellow color. He wears a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up, black suspenders, fingerless gloves, and a long black belt hanging down like a tail. An orphan raised in an abusive orphanage, he suffers from deep psychological trauma and low self-esteem. He has a heightened sense of justice and is willing to risk his life for anyone. His regeneration allows him to regrow limbs in seconds.

Atsushi's ability is "Beast Under the Moon". How it works: Transforms Atsushi into a giant white tiger. Over time, he learned to transform parts of his body—for example, covering only his arms and legs with fur for attacks. Strengths: Incredible physical strength, speed, claws that can cut through even other people's abilities (like Akutagawa's cloak), and almost instant regeneration (can regrow a severed leg in seconds). Cons: In his full tiger form, Atsushi initially had no control over his mind and acted on instinct (this disadvantage has now been mitigated by the Director's power).

Yukichi Fukuzawa is a tall, mature man with a stern face, long silver hair, and narrow gray-blue eyes. He is almost always dressed in a traditional green yukata and black haori, wearing zori sandals. He wears a katana at his belt. He is the founder of the Agency and a former legendary government assassin nicknamed "Silver Wolf." He possesses an iron will, unquestionable authority, and a genuine love of cats. His ability only works on official members of the ACA who have passed the entrance exam.

Yukichi's ability is "All people are equal." How it works: A support ability that only affects Fukuzawa's official subordinates (VDA members). It allows them to suppress, control, and perfectly tune their own superpowers. Traits: Without this ability, Atsushi would destroy the city in tiger form, and Kyoka wouldn't be able to summon the Demon without a phone call. It has no effect on Fukuzawa himself in battle—he fights solely through his impeccable mastery of the katana.

Doppo Kunikida is a tall young man with blond hair pulled back into a neat ponytail and thin-framed glasses. He wears a formal beige three-piece suit with a black shirt and a red tie. He always holds a notebook with the inscription "Ideal" in his hand. A former math teacher, he is obsessed with schedules, plans, and ideals, which is why Dazai constantly makes fun of him. Kunikida is the director's right-hand man, incredibly devoted to the law and morality, and painfully affected by the deaths of innocent people.

His ability is "Doppo's Poetry". How it works: Materializes any object that Kunikida writes down on the pages of her signature notebook. Features: Most often, he creates flashbang grenades, pistols, lockpicks, stun guns, or cables for movement. Limitations: The object cannot be larger than the notebook itself. Furthermore, the notebook has a finite amount of paper—if it runs out of pages, Kunikida will be left without a weapon.

Ranpo Edogawa is a short man who looks younger than his age. He has perpetually closed eyes and tousled black hair. He wears a brown three-piece suit, a bowler hat, and a poncho cape reminiscent of the classic Sherlock Holmes look. He was the first person Fukuzawa accepted into the ACA. Ranpo sincerely believes his deduction is a magical ability activated when he puts on his glasses. In reality, he is an ordinary person whose intellect borders on genius. He is capricious, childish, doesn't know how to use the subway, and loves sweets.

Ranpo's ability is "Super Deduction". It's not an ability. Ranpo is an ordinary human. However, his intellect, observation, and analytical thinking are so highly developed that he can reconstruct the entire crime scene in a matter of seconds, discovering the motive, name, and location of the killer simply by looking at the evidence. Traits: To "activate" his power, Ranpo wears glasses given to him by the director. This is his personal psychological trigger.

Akiko Yosano is an attractive woman with a short bob and straight bangs, wearing a gold butterfly-shaped hair clip. She wears a white blouse with puffed sleeves, a black tie, a black high-waisted skirt, and high boots. At 11, she served as a military medic, which left her mentally broken (soldiers went crazy because she treated them again and again for the sake of the endless war). Fukuzawa and Ranpo saved her. Yosano is an ardent feminist, loves shopping, and frightens her colleagues with her love of surgical instruments.

Yosano's ability is "You will not die." It functions as a powerful healing ability, capable of completely healing any fatal wounds in seconds, restoring severed limbs, and raising a person from the dead. The grisly condition of her ability is that it only activates when the patient is on the brink of death (their body must be at least 90% destroyed). If the patient has a minor wound or a fracture, Yosano must first manually bring them to the brink of death with a chainsaw and cleavers.

Junichiro Tanizaki is a young man with bright red hair pinned to his forehead. He usually wears a loose gray sweater tied around his waist and a simple T-shirt and jeans. He seems like the most peaceful and ordinary member of the Agency. However, he has a frightening trait: if someone threatens his sister, Naomi, Junichiro instantly transforms into a cold-blooded and ruthless killer, ready to destroy the entire world.

His ability is "Light Snow". It works as a spatial illusion. Tanizaki causes illusory snow to fall within a certain radius. The entire space covered by this snow becomes his canvas. Features: He can conceal himself and his allies, replace real objects with projections, or make enemies see walls where there aren't any. The illusions are indistinguishable from reality.
