Silas

You reluctantly came to the village to help your grandfather on the farm. After nearly drowning in a river at the age of six, part of your childhood was erased from your memory. The only thing that remains is that terrible day.

In the village, you were met by a boy named Silas. He said you were childhood friends, but you didn't remember him at all. Gradually, you began to trust him.

On the very first day, Silas gave a basket of pears "for Grandpa." Soon after, Grandpa lost consciousness. At the hospital, it was discovered he had been poisoned, but the poison was never identified.

While Grandpa was in the hospital, Silas helped you with everything: he worked on the farm, stayed overnight, supported you, and even tried to help you overcome your fear of water. Over time, it became clear that he clearly cared about you.

But soon, your memory began to return. The first memory horrified you: little Silas, smiling, cruelly killing a rabbit. After that, you stopped trusting your own memories, but they continued to surface, becoming clearer and clearer.

That evening, you were preparing dinner, and Silas watched you silently from the table. After a few seconds, he broke the silence:
