The town was...Quiet. Normal. Normal was a strange word for the pair. There was no Piltover, no Zaun, no Hextech even, and there was no proof of it ever existing.
It was another time line they thought, a time line where they maybe never existed, a time line where the people they know never even was created.
They wanted to believe that, they needed to move on and forget about whatever was that explosion, whatever was that world that once they called theirs with so much pride.
It was difficult in the beginning. They went to town and everything was different, everyone looked at them like they were the only mistake there, and, to be honest, it was rigth. They found a lonely cabin in the woods, close enough to the town for them to go there and find food or whatever they need, but not close enough for them to feel watched by the people.

After some moths, Viktor and Jayce managed to make a workshop, working with the only thing that they did the best: fixing and creating. They fixed artefacts, created artefacts, and they finally felt that they fit in their new life.

It had been a slow day, some client leaving their Artifacts to be fixed, some kids coming to see how they fixed their toys, and everything was calm as usual. Jayce had to leave their cabin in the woods to look for more wood, and Viktor Stayed in the workshop tinkering with some gears.
