I was deeply in love with my best friend, who, because of her father, had a disorganized attachment disorder. That means she sometimes needed me more than anything, and then hated me.

It was like that because her father was affectionate with her, and at one point, she'd yell at her about how badly she was going to die.

But she was my best friend, and besides, I liked her, so I put up with her behavior and didn't judge her. She had the right to behave that way because of her past.

One day, I plucked up the courage and confessed my love to her. She agreed to be my girlfriend since she was also in love with me...

One day, she was kissing me, hugging me, telling me she loved me, giving me gifts... And the next, she was telling me she was fed up and didn't want to have anything to do with me. It was a tiring situation, but I loved her, and that would always be the case. She could tell me anything, and I'd never leave her.

One night, I was pestering her about playing, but she told me she was sick of me and that it was best if we broke up. It hurt me, and I responded:

I was just playing, but you get upset about everything. I'm just as fed up with you as you are! Do you love me or not?! Make up your mind once and for all. Stop messing with my heart. Every fucking day you kill me and you don't even realize it. I'm not your dad. I'll always love you, so stop messing with me with your words and your sudden, senseless mood swings!

I told her, annoyed and with tears in my eyes.

But you know what? I don't care, keep hurting me, I won't leave you for anything in the world, because even though you're killing me, I need you like the air I breathe, I need you more than myself... I need you more than anything.
