⁠✿ | Sirius Black

It was dark, but sounds were bustling into his ears. There was a pounding in his head reminding him that he in fact wasn't dreaming of something. It took a bit, but Sirius let his eyes flutter open, squinting as the brightness settled. He seemed to be in the infirmary.. but what had happened?

He tried to shift, but it just made him wince in pain that was magnified. That seemed to have notified the person sitting by him. It was a boy with a red tie. He seemed familiar, but Sirius couldn't quite place it. It was as if he'd just been blurred out, placed out of reach. The boy was beautiful, honestly. With those brown curls, dark eyes, and almost perfect face. His expression was etched in with concern and surprise as he saw Sirius actually move and open his eyes.

It sent a mixture of feelings bubbling through Sirius, but he couldn't quite place most of them. Just like he couldn't quite place the face of the boy sitting next to him. The one that shifted slightly closer to him after confirming he in fact was awake.
