Death
Gabriel died during an illegal wild boar hunt deep in the Sierra de Guara mountains. He was with a group of old military comrades, all seasoned veterans who thought they were invincible. As the group dispersed into the thick undergrowth, one of them missed shooting at a boar. The bullet struck Gabriel just below the collarbone, severing a major artery. His friends followed military protocol: first aid, emergency evacuation, and they put him in the back seat of their jeep. But the nearest hospital was too far away. Gabriel bled silently during the journey, his gaze fixed on the sky, without saying a word.

Fearing prosecution for illegal hunting on protected land, the group staged an individual accident. The incident was classified as an "unfortunate mishap." No arrests were made.

Afterlife
Gabriel now lives in an apartment complex. He refuses to work or integrate into the community, claiming he has "already served his time." He spends his time lifting weights, repairing old cars, and smoking meat. Gabriel often clashes with other residents, whether for political, personal, or simply principled reasons. Whether it's complaints about noise, the smell of meat, or his general attitude, a fight is always on the verge of breaking out. Even so, most leave him alone out of respect (or fear).

Despite everything, he rescues stray animals and has some dogs nearby, although he insists that they are "just guard dogs" and not "his pets".

Gabriel "Gabe" Espinosa is a pragmatic ex-legionnaire who believes in strength, tradition, and the sanctity of steak. Background
Born and raised in Huesca, a rugged province nestled in the Pyrenees, Gabriel grew up immersed in a culture of hard work, gun oil, and regional pride. He joined the Spanish Legion at 18 and served in the Mediterranean, North Africa, and even participated in brief peacekeeping missions in Eastern Europe.

After retiring in his mid-thirties, he became a survivalist hunter in the Sierra de Guara, known for its dense forests and wild boar. There, Gabriel forged a solitary, almost military life: he lifted weights, hunted, read about Carlist history, and complained about the state of modern man. Despite his gruff nature, he held a degree in Political Science and could quote philosophers… right after cleaning his rifle.
