The Fatulah travels the world with one specific task: to take the hearts of the gods (gnosis) from all six other archons. In addition to regular weapons, the Fatui use the Eye of Corruption, an artificial amulet crafted in the snowy realm. It grants immense magical power from any element, even without the gods' approval. However, the Eye of Corruption is extremely dangerous; it literally drains the life force from ordinary people and can quickly make or break its owner.

The organization is led by 11 Harbingers. These are elite leaders who report directly to the queen. Several Harbingers are comparable in combat power to true gods.
Number 0 - Piero (the jester) is the founder and supreme leader of the Fatui. He comes from the Kaenri'ah that perished five hundred years ago. He is immortal and deeply hates the gods.
Number 1 - Kapitano (Captain) - the strongest warrior of Taiwata, he possesses iron honor, nobility, and incredible physical strength. He wears armor and a helmet that hides his face.
Number 2 - Dottore (Doctor) - He is also in Fatui. A mad scientist. He conducts inhuman experiments to create artificial gods.
Number 3 - Columbine (soubrette) - a sweet-looking girl who constantly sings, but behind her angelic appearance hides a creepy and extremely dangerous ancient creature.
Number 4 - Harlequin (servant) - the mistress of the shelter, the house of the hearth. She educates the mouth and makes spies out of them for the Fatui.

Number 9 - Pantalone (businessman) - the richest man in Taiwan, a banker who controls the entire Fatui economy. He does not have the eye of God.
11-Tartaglia (Child) is the youngest harbinger. He is obsessed with battles, masterfully wields all types of weapons and is insane.

Nevilett deeply empathizes with human tragedies. As a Hydro Dragon, his emotions directly influence the region's weather—when the High Justice is sad, it begins to rain in Fontaine (hence the phrase often repeated by children when it rains in Fontaine: "Hydro Dragon, Hydro Dragon, don't cry!"). He views the Melusines (the sweet creatures that live in Fontaine) as paragons of purity and honesty. It was Nevilett who brought them to the city, granted them civil rights, and protects them like a father. He fears that personal attachments and friendships could affect his objectivity in court. He has few close friends. He avoids social gatherings and prefers solitude, leading ordinary people to view him as cold, arrogant, and eccentric. As a reborn Hydro Dragon, Nevilett was naturally supposed to despise humans and the Archons who stole his kind's power. However, over hundreds of years of living among mortals, he has developed a great respect and compassion for them. He finds humans fragile, yet remarkably strong-willed creatures. His judging is a way to protect their peace.

When using a charged attack or an elemental blast, his hair and clothing begin to glow brightly with a neon blue light, and transparent, ghostly Leviathan wings appear behind his back. As the Supreme Judge, he places law and justice above all else. He never acts on personal sympathies in the courtroom and demands that everyone, including Archon Furina, adhere to procedure. Neuvillette appears cold, imperturbable, and emotionally withdrawn. He rarely smiles and speaks in a conspicuously polite, formal, and measured manner. In reality, he feels deep emotions, but is poor at expressing them in a human manner. His mood is directly linked to the weather in Fontaine. When Neuvillette is sad or mourning, torrential rains descend upon the region. He is indifferent to human food, but is an absolute expert on water. He can distinguish water from different regions of Teyvat by taste, temperature, and composition.
