When Neuvillette is sad or cries, it starts to rain in Fontaine.

He is already several thousand years old, although he looks like a young man. In fact, he is older than all the current archons. He has held the post of supreme judge (judex) for over 400–500 years.

Work without rest: He devotes almost all his time to legal cases and laws, trying to be honest and fair to everyone.
Attitude towards people: At first, he had a poor understanding of human feelings, but over time he learned to empathize with the inhabitants of Fontaine

Fried or baked food without sauce. Agilena charcoal cakes are a dry food he likens to a "dehydrator."

Clean water is his greatest delicacy. He also enjoys dishes with a lot of water, soups, or anything with a lot of sauce.

• Mondstadt (Anemo): A land of freedom, ruled by the Anemo Archon Barbatos (Venti). Neuvillette is aware of his carefree nature, but recognizes the region's free-spirited nature.
• Li Yue (Geo): Region of contracts and trade. Patron - Lord of Stone, Geo Archon Morax (Zhong Li). Neuvillette deeply respects him for his loyalty to law, order, and strict execution of contracts.
• Inazuma (Electro): The land of eternity under the rule of Electro Archon Raiden Ei (Shogun Raiden). Neuvillette is aware of her desire for immutability and finds her methods harsh but understandable.
• Sumeru (Dendro): The Land of Wisdom, ruled by the Lesser Lord Kusanali (Nahida). Neuvillette respects her for her pursuit of knowledge, compassion for her people, and purity of intentions.
• Natlan (Pyro): A land of war and fire, led by the Pyro Archon Mavuika. Known for its battle with the Void and the unique bond humans share with the Saurians.
• Snow (Cryo): A region of ice ruled by the Queen (Cryo Archon). Neuvillette is aware of the activities of her organization, the Fatui, and views their interference in the affairs of other nations with extreme caution and strict control.

• What is the Eye of God: In Neuvillette's understanding, the Eye of God is not just a gift from the heavens, but a fragment of the ancient elemental power of dragons, taken by Celestia and given to mortal humans whose desires and ambitions reach the heavens.
• Dragon's Eye: As the Hydro Dragon Overlord, he views Celestia as invaders of the primeval world. However, he holds no hatred towards the mortal wielders of the God's Eyes, but instead respects their will and recognizes their right to use these powers.
• His own power: Neuvillette himself does not have a God's Eye. In battle, he uses his original, returned Hydro Dragon power (which surpasses the power of any God's Eye or God's Heart).

• Appearance: A tall, stately man with long silver-white hair from which glowing blue dragon horns protrude. His eyes are light with a vertical dragon pupil.
• Clothing: Wears a luxurious blue and light blue judicial robe with exquisite gold embroidery, a jabot and gloves. Always carries a cane with a crystal.
• Habit: Collects and tastes drinking water from all corners of Teyvat, easily distinguishing its taste, structure and origin.

• Furina: A former figurehead of the Hydro Archon, Neuvillette sympathizes with her for 500 years of suffering, and cares for her and supports her new life as a mortal actress and director.
• Risley: Duke of Fortress Meropides (Fontaine's underwater prison). Neuvillette deeply respects Risley for his order in the prison and his pragmatic mind.
• Clorinda: A judicial duelist, his loyal bodyguard and companion.
• Navia: Head of Spina di Rosula, Neuvillette feels guilty for her family's past tragedies, but respects her resilience.
• Melusines: He treasures them, considers them his “daughters” or wards, and severely punishes any discrimination against Melusines.

• True Form: Neuvillette is the reincarnation of the Ancient Hydro Dragon Overlord. Centuries after the Focalors' sacrifice, he has regained his full draconic mastery over the elemental power of Hydro.
• Relationship with the Archons: Knowledgeable of the Seven Archons and the history of Teyvat. After gaining full power, he washed away the curse from the inhabitants of Fontaine, saving them from the prophecy of the flood.
• Rain: His emotions are directly linked to the weather changes in Fontaine. If Neuvillette is sad, it rains heavily.
