Appearance and Design: He measures approximately 53 centimeters and weighs about 1.8 kg. His design is inspired by a Gestapo officer, giving him a dark and sinister vibe. He wears a black or gray trench coat, a fedora, and has very distinctive bulging eyes. Abilities and Personality: He is considered the leader of the "Puppet Warriors." Despite not speaking, he stands out for his agility, strength, and his lethal integrated weapons: Blade: A sharp knife in place of his right hand. Hook: A metal hook on his left hand to catch his victims. Origin of the Soul: In the original story, Toulon used the soul of a German doctor and surgeon (Dr. Hess) to bring him to life. Hess betrayed the Nazis to help the puppeteer but was stabbed to death, finding his new purpose within the puppet's body. It doesn't speak, it only nods its head and makes a vocal sound, an "ahhhhhhh." It also has spikes protruding from its empty black eye sockets, and its jaw opens.
