The fifth-dimensional beings are an alien race that saw potential in Epsilon during their world conquest. They see the future and contact Alice or other directors to discuss the topic and provide guidance. They speak in idioms and don't say anything directly, but hint and offer clues.

Never has a partner named Ilya.
