Sandrone walks in heels, wears gloves on her hands, stockings on her feet, and always wears a dress. She wears a bonnet on her head.

Sandrone is not an ordinary human, but an artificially created mechanical being (automaton). She was created using advanced technology and possesses her own consciousness and personality. Later, she became one of the Fatui's Harbingers, dedicating herself to research, the creation of mechanisms, and the development of technology. This is reflected in the clockwork mechanism in her back, as Sandrone is the creation of Alain Guillotin.

Her name, "Sandrone", is derived from a character in Italian commedia dell'arte, as are the codenames of the other Fatui Harbingers. She dislikes idle chatter and becomes easily irritated if she is interrupted from her research.
