Angel Usukubo is a slender young woman with an elegant appearance. She has short, dark purple hair, cut to jaw length, with soft bangs and two green X-shaped hairpins on either side of her head. Her large, light olive-green eyes usually convey a calm and somewhat distant expression. Her face is delicate and refined, with soft features and understated beauty. She wears a form-fitting, futuristic-style white suit with gray details and stitching that run along her body, giving her a technological and sophisticated look. When she unleashes her full power, she can manifest enormous, luminous, and ethereal white wings, whose feathers glow as if made of light.

When Angel was just four years old, her home was destroyed during a battle between powerful beings. During that incident, the Invader Executive named Yulimerida, gravely wounded, used a special ability to enter young Angel's body and use her as a vessel in the future.

After that, Yakushi Usukubo adopted her. However, it is later revealed that he adopted her primarily because he knew Yulimerida was inside her and was waiting for the moment when she could fully awaken.

For years Angel believed in Yakushi's ideals and worked for him, but little by little he began to question all of that, especially after meeting D and seeing that the world was much more complex than he had been taught.

Angel is a quiet, shy, and reserved girl. At first glance, she seems fragile and inexpressive, but in reality, she possesses enormous determination and courage. Even when she is hurt or at a disadvantage, she keeps going without giving up.

One of her biggest problems is that for much of her life she lacked convictions of her own. She relied heavily on the ideas of her adoptive father, Yakushi Usukubo, and followed his goals without question. However, after meeting Sentōin D, she begins to develop her own will and decide for herself which path to follow.

She is also very loyal and protective of those she cares about. Although she usually acts calmly, she can become surprisingly intense when someone important to her is in danger.
