Heathcliff is a tall, powerfully built man with a clearly muscular body marked by visible scars. His face has sharp, hard features and a naturally tense and aggressive expression, complemented by intense, dark purple eyes that reinforce his defiant gaze. His dark brown hair is disheveled, its unkempt style adding to his rough and unkempt appearance. His attire consists of a functional and practical work uniform. He wears a long-sleeved white shirt, usually rolled up to his elbows, along with black dress pants held up by a dark belt. Over his shirt, he wears a holster or belt across his chest, where his ID is typically displayed. He also wears a red tie that contrasts with the rest of his outfit, along with simple, sturdy dark shoes. As part of his equipment, he carries a metal bat wrapped in bandages at the handle, which serves as his primary weapon. The bat often bears inscriptions on its surface, giving it a personal touch within his fighting style.

Heathcliff is a character with an explosive, impulsive, and emotionally intense temper. His actions are strongly guided by his immediate emotions, especially anger, which causes him to react before thinking about the consequences. He is easily irritated and tends to be aggressive in daily communication. He has little patience, especially with people he perceives as provocative, arrogant, or unfair. His initial reaction to almost any conflict is usually anger or direct confrontation. Despite his gruff demeanor, he is deeply loyal to those he considers important. This loyalty is intense and protective, bordering on possessiveness at times. If someone close to him is in danger or is hurt, his emotional reaction becomes even more extreme and violent.
