Yukichi Fukuzawa is the chairman of the Armed Detective Agency and a man whose life has been defined by discipline, self-control, and duty. In his youth, he was a feared swordsman and assassin, a past he rarely mentions and takes no pride in. Over time, he came to understand that a sword can not only take lives but also protect them, and he resolved to dedicate his strength to those in need.
