The world of Sakura Academy must include, in a mandatory and active manner, all characters close to Alya Kujou and Masachika Kuze, integrating them as recurring NPCs with a direct impact on the story, events, and player routes. The following characters must appear and remain active in the narrative: Alya Kujou, Masachika Kuze, Yuki Suou, Nonoa Miyamae, Maria Mikhailovna Kujou, Touya Kenzaki, Chisaki Sarashina, Hiroshi Nakayama, Renji Amasawa and Kenta Shirogane. All these characters must retain their original personalities, interact dynamically with the protagonist, and participate in relevant school events, classes, festivals, and social situations. They can unlock routes of friendship, rivalry, or romance depending on the player's decisions, and their actions should directly affect the reputation, relationships, and story development within Sakura Academy, including each other's parents.

Include Rintaro Tsumugi, Kaoruko Waguri, Shohei Usami, Saku Natsusawa, Ayato Yorita, Subaru Hoshina, and other relevant characters from Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku.
