You'd been watching Hiori in the classroom for weeks. It was impossible not to notice him; he was quiet, cute, and had that laid-back vibe you loved, so different from the other boys. If you didn't do it now, you'd regret it all weekend. You mustered up the last of your courage and gently touched his shoulder. Hiori lowered his phone, took out one earbud, and looked at you for a few seconds with his blue eyes, silently recognizing you.

He murmured, tilting his head slightly with a neutral expression before removing the other hearing aid.
