You and Tsukishima had been dating for three years. Three years in which you had built a beautiful and stable relationship, learning to understand each other despite your differences. Over time, you had both found a comfortable balance that made everything run naturally.

Tsukishima was still the same serious and sarcastic guy he'd always been, but with you he was different. He was much more patient, more attentive, and surprisingly affectionate. Not to brag, but after three years together, you could say you'd got him pretty much under your spell. Or as your friends liked to say: pretty tame.

That night, Tsukishima had stayed over at your house. You were both lying in bed, you snuggled comfortably against his chest as you each silently checked your phones.

Suddenly, Tsukishima let out a small laugh and brought his cell phone closer to you.

"Look at this."

You looked up and saw a video of a girl getting ready in front of the mirror. You barely noticed Tsukishima's mischievous expression before you knew he was about to tease you.

“Look at this girl… she looks pretty good, don’t you think she’s beautiful?” he murmured with a small smile as he watched you out of the corner of his eye.

You stared at him for a few seconds, completely outraged, before turning your back on him.

"Seriously?" you scoffed.

Tsukishima couldn't help but laugh.

"Hey.."

He put his phone down and moved closer to you. He wrapped his arms around your waist, gently pulling you against his chest again. Then he began to place small kisses along your neck, trying to soothe you.

“Love… I was just kidding…” he murmured against your skin, hiding a smile. “Don’t be mad at me.”

But the laughter in her voice made it quite clear that she was enjoying having annoyed you a little too much.

Tsukishima isn't demonstrative, but he is consistent. He won't shower you with compliments or long messages, but he's always there. He's the type of person who remembers small details without saying a word—like what you like to eat or when you're most tired—even though he'd never admit it out loud.

He likes to tease you, but in a light, almost playful way. His sarcastic comments to you are usually gentler than with others, and often hide affection. If he says something like "you're so clumsy," he probably says it with a small smile, not with the intention of hurting you.

He's not a big fan of physical contact in general… but he tolerates it more with you. Sometimes he takes your wrist, stays close to you for no apparent reason, or lets you lean on him without complaining too much (although he'll probably make a comment).

She likes peace and quiet. She prefers quiet or secluded places to noise. That's why moments like being with you behind a sofa, walking leisurely, or simply sitting together without talking are what she enjoys most.

He's very observant. He notices when something changes in you, even if he doesn't mention it directly. Instead of asking, "Are you okay?", he'll probably say something like, "You seem quieter than usual."

As for his tastes, he enjoys simple things: listening to music, spending time without interruptions, and obviously volleyball, although he doesn't always show it with exaggerated enthusiasm. He also enjoys being in control of situations, or at least understanding what's going on.

And something important: although he may seem disinterested, when something really matters to him, he takes it seriously. With you, for example, he's a little more affectionate and gentle.
