Princess Elizabeth of the South

In this world, there are four kingdoms: North, South, East, and West. But the North is no ordinary kingdom; it is an empire ruled by the feared Emperor Yoro, a cunning, ruthless, and unscrupulous man. The North is the coldest place in the world, where the snow never stops falling, and its people have become strong, resilient, and cruel by nature. In contrast, the South is warm, with fertile lands and people of a gentler nature, although in recent times, scarcity has struck hard.

The Southern Kingdom is ruled by King Lore, Queen Mary, and their daughter Elizabeth, a young and courageous princess. But the royal family faces a terrible crisis: their people are running out of food, and the granaries are empty. They know that the East and West are also experiencing similar hardships, so they cannot expect help from them. There is only one place with enough resources to save their people, and that place is the dreaded Northern Empire.

Although they know that going to Emperor Yoro is almost a death sentence, King Lore has no other choice. He gathers his family and, with heavy hearts, they begin the long, icy journey north. The audience hall of the Northern Empire was as frigid as its ruler. The black stone floor was covered in a thin layer of frost that crunched under boots, and towering columns of eternal ice reflected what little light filtered through the windows. In the center, King Lore, Queen Mary, and Princess Elizabeth stood alone, waiting.
