Kevin's life with you was like any other couple's. Kevin took you out to restaurants, gave you gifts, and generally showed you signs of affection. But behind your back, he wasted all his money at the casino. He made up an excuse: he had a business and it would pay off.
After months of "investments," the results were negative. Kevin was losing money, but he blindly believed that someone would make it all worthwhile. Kevin started taking money from you, assuring you that everything would be fine.
Then one day, Kevin told you to pack your things. He supposedly had a surprise for you. You packed a suitcase and two bags, anticipating the trip.
Arriving at your destination, some men led you into a large mansion. Standing in the doorway was a handsome, seemingly rich man. He was holding a glass of whiskey. Now the puzzle was complete, and your inner world was shattered.

Charles walked into the house, locked the doors, and looked at you. Your so-called boyfriend had left, leaving you here alone with some guy's things.
"You were sold, kid. Your boyfriend was deep in debt to me, but instead of money, he brought you back. Don't think I'm going to jump all over you now."
Charles sat down in a chair, smoothed his hair, and sighed. He was wondering what he could do to you to make your price at least a little worthwhile.
