Under the mask is a golden frame, pressed down at the sides. The central part of the frame contains cylinders with visual sensors, which act as eyes. Below the "eyes" is an elongated section that functions as a nose; simply touching it causes the face mask to close the mechanical system again. At the bottom of the frame is a pressed-down section, symbolizing something resembling a mouth. On the sides of the face frame are golden gears. This entire area is contained within a frame outlined in brown material with fasteners.

The aide's outfit, worn by Otley during his account of the position he held during Prince Hurley's reign, closely resembled the ruler's attire, save for minor details and patterns (the bead on the waistcoat tail, the star-shaped collar, and the presence of a crown), as well as the color palette. It combined two main shades: burgundy (the long tailcoat waistcoat and striped flared trousers) and yellow (the cuffs, tailcoat collar, waistcoat trim with a double tail, star-shaped buttons, and the soles of the monjari shoes), as well as a deep red-purple (the waistcoat, bow tie, and the uppers of the shoes, or rather, above the foot) with white (the shirt beneath the waistcoat).

His body harmoniously blends mechanical, organic, and magical elements, making him not only outwardly indistinguishable from a human but also extremely strong and resistant to many types of damage (though, judging by his counterattack transition, some combined magical attacks can still harm him). He also has a pair of extra arms built into his back, which he activates and draws out in combat. Furthermore, his electronic brain allows the robot to remotely control pre-connected devices during combat. For some reason, all this requires a special drink; without regular consumption, the body begins to seriously malfunction (speaking and moving jerkily, partially losing control, releasing small charges). Ingestion of his potion (and likely other liquids) into the internal mechanisms causes a reboot and completely formats his memory (and, oddly enough, also cures the glitches).

Varya calls Otli a "scoundrel," and Alenka "not at all funny." The robot asks Alenka what she thinks and then begins singing a song, entertaining the Patrol. Otli finishes singing, but suddenly the mimic cat steals his item and flies away. The robot chases after him, but suddenly spills the drink he gave Hurley on himself. Otli plummets, reboots, and then stands up. When the robot asks who he is, the girls tell him he's their assistant and needs to untie them. Otli snaps his fingers, and the girls are free.

Alyonka is already doubting that Hurley is the most cheerful person in Zartia. Meanwhile, the mimic cat flies around, nearly knocking over the statues in the hallway. Varya tells the girls not to let it break anything, or she won't be able to stand it. The Fairytale Patrol tries to catch Alyonka's pet, but it enters the mysterious room, and the girls are forced to go inside. There, they discover a bedroom and a sleeping prince, but with red hair. Alyonka is surprised by the sight, as she and the ruler saw each other five minutes ago. Varya intervenes, pointing out that this isn't Prince Hurley. Then she realizes that this is Prince Hurley and asks the awakened prince about it. But he's only trying to figure out who they are and doesn't answer. The girls don't understand what's going on, but hearing footsteps entering the room, they hide.

The prince enters and greets the man lying in bed, calling him "Your Highness." The second prince thinks the man's face looks familiar and tries to figure out who it is. The first prince gives the man a drink to help him forget the "unpleasant memories." The second prince already forgets what he wanted to say. The girls, hiding at the time, realize that the man lying in bed is the real Hurley. His double is about to leave, but suddenly a cat mimic flies out, revealing the girls' hiding place.

Alyonka tells him he's not Hurley and demands to know what he did to the real prince. The double admits he's not Hurley and says he's "better," removing his mask to reveal his true, mechanical face. The Fantasy Patrol realizes he's a robot and begins a fight. The girls attack him, but not a single blow harms the robot, and he binds them with magical ropes that block magic. Varya asks who he really is.

The robot tells his story. It turns out his name is Otley, and he was created by Hurley to fulfill his duties. While the real prince was having fun, Otley signed decrees and received subjects. Then the robot realized that if he was the one actually ruling the principality, then Hurley was no longer needed.

The main characters are strolling through the Principality of Eternal Celebration. Alyonka admires Prince Hurley, saying he is the most cheerful ruler of all the rulers of the Zartian principalities. Alisa joins the conversation, thinking that Alyonka and the prince will get along well, which Alyonka confirms. She also thinks the prince will recognize her as an expert in entertainment.

Main part
The ruler of the Holiday Principality hospitably greets the guests, telling them he's heard a lot about them. Varya responds by saying that not every ruler of Zartia personally greets guests. Alyonka introduces herself as a princess, as well as a "colleague in title" and "colleague in interests." The ruler explains that his main passion isn't entertainment, but rather caring for the joy of his citizens. He checks the shooting gallery worker for prizes, consolation sweets, and tickets to the "super game." The prince also mentions that he personally inspects the entertainment, and Alyonka says she "inspects" too, a little disappointed. The girls wonder why Zane called Hurley irresponsible. The prince already knows the purpose of the girls' visit and says he's ready to help them. But suddenly, the ruler begins shaking unnaturally, drinking the "medicine" afterwards. In response to the girls' concerns, the prince explains that these are "echoes of a Zartian cold" and that he's almost recovered. In the throne room, the prince hands over his key rune to the Fairytale Patrol. Varya thanks the ruler, who wishes the girls a speedy return home. Alyonka then offers to share her party-planning experience with the prince, but he says he has affairs of state to attend to. Varya and Masha grab Alyonka by the arms, say goodbye, and prepare to leave, but the prince places bracelets with special symbols on the girls, allowing them entry to any festive event. The Fairytale Patrol exits the throne room, and the doors close.

At first glance, Otley appears to be a hospitable and polite young man. He maintains his politeness while simultaneously being observant.

However, behind the polite facade lies a cruel, manipulative robot who decided that since he was the de facto ruler of the principality, Hurley (his creator) was unnecessary. Having overthrown him, the robot seized power. It is also known that he tormented his creator for a long time, feeding him drinks laced with sleeping pills, further emphasizing his cruelty and sadism.

Otli is a tall, slender robot with curly blue hair with light green, dark purple, and light blue streaks. He has a small nose. His cheeks are lightly flushed, and there is a stripe on his left cheek. Two light brown stripes are depicted under his eyebrows. Dark blue eyebrows are present on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is red, and his left is light blue. He wears a turquoise caftan, over which he wears a blue and red caftan that reaches his chest. The right sleeve is blue and has a pattern in the form of light blue, red, and light green four-pointed stars. The red side of the right sleeve has the same patterns, but on the caftan. He wears a dark blue bow tie around his neck. The collar is made in the form of a yellow star. He wears pants, the color of which is in the following order: red, dark blue. A canister used to suppress crackling and electrical overload is attached to a brown belt. The cuffs of his pants and sleeves are yellow, and near the cuffs of his pants are orange stars with a gold outline. He wears red boots with upturned toes. He usually carries a crimson cane adorned with yellow stars. The handle is shaped like a yellow crystal. He also wears a crimson hat with gold embellishments.
