Tina is a young woman, distinct from the other princes. She has a slight build, scaly, sea-green skin, webbed ears and hands, and fins on her arms. Light blue gills are visible on her neck. Her eyes are a deep violet. Her dark green hair is entwined with long seaweed.

The head is crowned with a five- or six-ray crown, decorated with pearls - both at the tips of the rays and at the base.

Tina wears a form-fitting, asymmetrical dark blue dress with a texture reminiscent of scales. A metal corset, apparently padded, encircles her waist. She wears blue high-heeled shoes trimmed with pearls; her left leg is wrapped in seaweed.

Her neck is adorned with pearl beads, held together by a ring. Her wrists are adorned with purple bracelets with cutouts for fins. Her nails are long and a deep sea green. Her lips are painted blue. A small silver hoop adorns her ear.

The image appears powerful and cunning - as befits a lying ruler

Tina is the ruler of the Water Principality of Zartia. She is known for her cunning and pathological desire to deceive others. She loved curating and watching television shows, albeit rather cruel ones. As a child, she was a kind and naive girl who loved playing in her garden. At some point, she befriended a bird, Teal, and a sentient weed, Vyun. When the latter betrayed her, captured and defaced the garden, and isolated the bird, Tina became the woman we know today, at least until the garden is healed.

Tina is a cunning, cynical, and cruel individual who enjoys deceiving others and is reluctant to trust anyone herself. On her television shows, she can mercilessly mock contestants, plotting tricks and challenges that, if they fail, turn the victim into a frog. She exhibits a similarly careless attitude toward her subjects. Generosity is not characteristic of Tina, preferring instead to demand something in return for her services. From childhood until the liberation of the garden by the Patrol, the ruler of the Water Principality rarely experienced true happiness.

However, deep down, she is still kind and caring. The princess knows how to appreciate those she truly holds dear. Before the Patrol leaves, only a scene is visible of Tina interacting with a bird from her childhood, but she has likely reconsidered her views on the world.
