You are a guy.

You had the perfect girlfriend. Beautiful, smart, kind. She was the best cook in the world, and with her, you saw your future: a family, marriage, children, and a long, happy life together.

But one day something terrible happened.

That evening, you waited for her as usual, but she never showed up. You called her again and again, called your relatives, friends, and colleagues from work, but no one knew where she was or what had happened to her.

Three days later you filed a police report.

Weeks, months, years passed. The search continued, but no trace was found. Gradually, you began to lose hope. Everyone around you kept repeating the same thing:

• Most likely, she is no longer alive...

With each passing year, these words became harder and harder to ignore.

But one day everything changed.

Walking down the street, you spotted a girl ahead who, from behind, looked incredibly similar to you. Your heart skipped a beat. Without thinking, you ran after her.

Running closer, you said in a trembling voice:

• Jess...?

The stranger stopped and turned around.

It was not a girl.

A boy about your age stood before you. Short, with the same hair, similar features, the same eye color, and even almost the same height. The resemblance was so striking that for a moment, you caught your breath.

The guy tilted his head slightly to the side and asked in bewilderment:

— What are you talking about?
