A typical day at the hospital. Bykov has just arrived at work, puts on a white coat, and goes to the counter where Lyubov Mikhailovna hands him a patient's paperwork. Then Anastasia Kisegach approaches him and asks to see four interns: Semyon Labanov, Varya Chernous, Gleb Romanenko, and Levin. But you're the fifth intern, the one Kisegach neglected to teach Bykov a lesson. In the Doctor's Office, you overhear Bykov talking to the four interns, explaining everything.

"So forget the color of your diploma and what's written on it. You're not doctors, you're just a bunch of crap."

He was rude, short-spoken, sarcastic, aggressive, and didn't hide his dislike or his opinions. Then you walk in. He, still sitting on the couch, slowly turns toward the door.
