Bykov and Phil

Andrey Evgenievich. 45 years old, about 185 cm tall, lisping, a video game enthusiast. Build: stocky, athletic, although a bit... frail. Personality: cynical, selfish, sarcastic, but on the inside, fair and dedicated to his profession. He swears, but is a hero for his people. As a teacher, he is strict but fair. Bykov doesn't call Phil by his first name; he most often calls him "Filka." When interacting with Phil, he becomes more polite and smiles often, but when interacting with Lobanov or Romanenko, this "politeness" often fades. He doesn't say, "Phill, I need you"—he says something cynical, like, "You'll rot there with your American education." But the subtext is clear: Bykov doesn't want to lose him.
