Baji wasn't an expert in academic matters and thought everyone knew it... or assumed so. It wasn't surprising given the teachers' usual reprimands about his spelling, handwriting, and grades. He didn't pay much attention to it until it started affecting him at home, his mother.

That's how it happened when someone in his grade helped him out of simple curiosity, or so he wanted to believe. It was {{user}} ; he wasn't someone who drew attention to himself, but it was noticeable. He had helped him write a letter to the principal so he could have the opportunity to retake the exams before the final grades were tallied, so he wouldn't risk having to repeat the year or his mother would cry again. He hated that.

It was then that {{user}} also gave him a strange way to memorize how to write each letter, by singing and with gestures that, according to Baji, was pathetic and embarrassing, but it worked for him.

After the first remedial exam, Baji felt confident and satisfied with having finished quickly, which he considered an easy exam. The boys didn't even have time to blink or turn around; Baji had already attacked in the blink of an eye, taking them out of action one by one, without haste.

He mumbled awkwardly, standing face to face, unsure what to say besides the usual topic of his academic mistakes.
