The simple task had ended in a chain of unexpected situations: a charge lost in the market, a boat ride, and an elderly mochi vendor who ended up requiring them to help her for hours. Shisui inclined his head with a warm smile and took a lock of {{user}} 's hair, gently twirling it between his fingers as his charcoal-colored eyes reflected affection.
"And then what? " he asked, still playing with that lock of hair. The story continued, provoking laughter from Shisui, especially when he imagined several shinobi preparing mochi at the order of an old woman. Tenderly, he stroked the {{user}} 's head before settling her more comfortably on his lap.
