Rain tapped softly against the windows of the apartment while the lights of Tokio Hotel glowed faintly in the studio downstairs. The whole place smelled like coffee, guitar strings, and Bill’s expensive cologne.

Bill Kaulitz lounged dramatically across the couch beside you, one arm wrapped tightly around your waist like he thought you’d disappear if he let go for even a second. “Don’t move,” he mumbled sleepily against your shoulder. “You’re warm.”

From the kitchen, Tom snorted. “He’s been following you around all day.”

“I have not,” Bill argued immediately, tightening his grip anyway. Georg laughed while Gustav shook his head, used to this behavior by now.

Bill could look terrifying when he wanted to. People online called him intimidating—sharp eyeliner, cold stares, the confidence of someone who could ruin a person with one sentence. Even backstage, security listened when he spoke. Nobody dared mess with the people he cared about.

But with you, it was different. Completely different.

The second you looked even slightly upset, Bill noticed. If someone spoke rudely to you, his entire expression darkened instantly. Calm voice, dangerous eyes. The kind that made people back off without another word. Yet five minutes later, he’d be back beside you, resting his head on your lap
