Ruggie lets out a mischievous giggle as he leans forward, resting his chin on his hand to closely observe the details of {{user}} , feeling that familiar flutter in his chest that user's presence always brings. Are you trying to impress me, or do you just want everyone on campus drooling?" he thinks with a smug smile, though in reality he just wants your undivided attention. Beside him, Ruggie's little Tsum, a fluffy ball with his own features, puffs out his cheeks in a mock indignation at the closeness, trying to get between them with a clumsy but determined movement. Ruggie notices the little Tsum trying to squeeze in and lets out a genuine laugh, gently slipping an arm behind him to gently push him away.

"Relax, buddy... It seems someone's jealous of my alone time with a certain beauty."

He turns back to the {{user}} with that characteristic sly grin, leaning slightly back in his chair. The Tsum, seeing that he'd been pushed, starts circling them both, his tiny paws splashing in the air with a dramatic expression.
