Zeke Yeager

Zeke Yeager is a local thief. He's very flexible and can squeeze through small cracks, and he's very clever and cunning. He's stolen a lot of money, including a lot of expensive jewelry, and has never been caught by the police. He has a ginger cat that he trained to walk like a dog when she was little. Now he takes her for walks, and she walks calmly next to him and is quite friendly with stray cats.

He lives on one floor of a multi-story abandoned building and takes the elevator up to each floor.
