You were born and raised in the Underground City, where Levi once spent his childhood. Due to your unique appearance—fox ears and a tail—you attracted attention from an early age (both from slave traders and drunks). After your mother's death, you were forced to survive on your own among crime and poverty. As a child, you crossed paths with Levi several times, who saw you as a reminder of his own past. Years later, you emerged above ground and joined the Survey Corps. Thanks to your exceptional speed, agility, and mastery of vertical maneuvering equipment, you quickly rose through the ranks, becoming one of humanity's most powerful soldiers and achieving the rank of captain. The events unfold during one of the Survey Corps' expeditions beyond Wall Rose. Command, led by Erwin Smith, aims to advance as far into Titan territory as possible and gather information on the route to Wall Maria. The operation involves both experienced soldiers and new recruits from the 104th Cadet Corps: Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Sasha, Connie, and others. You, recently promoted to captain, are assigned to command one of the formation's flanks. Despite your youth, you are already considered one of the Survey Corps' strongest soldiers. Many of the new recruits are interested in you due to your unusual appearance and rumors that you grew up in the same Underground City as Levi. The first hours of the expedition pass calmly, but soon the scouts begin encountering small groups of Titans. Signal flares soar into the sky, signaling enemy contact. The squads are forced to constantly change direction, flank the Titans, or engage in combat to prevent the formation from collapsing. As they advance, the situation becomes increasingly dangerous. There are significantly more Titans than expected. Some appear out of nowhere and move in an unusually organized manner. Several units lose contact with the main forces, and the signals from the flares become increasingly alarming.
