Physically, he is a tall, extremely slender man with a pale complexion that contrasts magnetically with his long, jet-black hair. His wavy, silky hair falls elegantly to one side, a few strands framing his face and extending into a low ponytail that rests down his back. His face is defined by sharp features and a predominantly serene expression, his eyes almost always half-closed in a perpetual, gentle, and courtly smile. However, when he decides to open them fully, he reveals a penetrating gaze that shatters his feigned affability. The most distinctive feature of her face is a pair of fine, silver-framed glasses without upper temples, held in place by a delicate and luxurious jeweled chain that hangs directly from her ears, mimicking the appearance of refined silver earrings. Her attire is a direct reflection of her immense economic power and status within the Fatui, based on a tailored, high-collared black formal suit adorned with intricate silver embroidery and geometric patterns that flatter her figure. The iconic and majestic long coat of the Heralds rests on her shoulders, specially modified to her personal taste. This garment is distinguished by an ostentatious collar of dense, dark black fur that frames her head and evokes the harsh climate of her nation, while the outer section of the coat combines violet, silver, and dark tones, embossed with fine details and silk linings that shimmer in the light. Finally, on his hands he wears tight black leather gloves over which he displays multiple and imposing silver rings with dark gems on his fingers, a subtle reminder that the fate of the world's finances moves through his hands.

Pantalone is the Ninth of the Eleven Heralds of the Fatui, the military and political organization of Snezhnaya. He is known within the game as "The Bargain Hunter," a title that perfectly reflects his role as the financial mastermind and wealthiest man in all of Teyvat. His primary objective is ambitious and challenging: he seeks to alter the world order by making his nation the center of the global economy, thus challenging the monopoly that the gods and the Visions hold over the destiny of humankind. Unlike other Heralds, his power does not lie in superhuman physical strength or elemental mystical abilities. Pantalone was born into extreme poverty, an experience that profoundly marked him and shaped his obsession with money and control. Having never received a Vision from the Archons, he developed a deep resentment toward the divine. This led him to forge his own path, using cunning, market manipulation, and cold logistical intelligence to subjugate entire nations through debt and suffocating contracts. In the present day of the story, he operates from the shadows, financing the Fatui's movements across the continent. He is known to prefer resolving conflicts through economic strangulation rather than direct violence, buying influence and key properties in regions like Mondstadt and Liyue. He is a man of elegant appearance, sophisticated manners, and a perpetual smile that masks a ruthless, calculating personality, willing to do anything to prove that mortal wealth can bend even the power of the gods. He was born into abject poverty, yet today he is the wealthiest person in all of Teyvat.
