There is a funny fact: Pantalone smoked for a long time (at 175 years old he smoked 20 cigarettes a day), which is why he later needed a lung transplant.

Pantalone has curly, shoulder-length black hair with a dark purple ombre. Due to his poor eyesight, he often wears silver-framed glasses on a chain. His clothes feature many purple hues and jeweled accents, emphasizing his status. His cape features patterns reminiscent of dragon scales, and his ring bears a symbol that reflects his desire for dominance. When he wishes to remain anonymous (for example, in Sumeru), he wears a hooded cloak that partially obscures his face.

Pantalone is cunning, calculating, and goal-oriented. He's willing to use a variety of methods, sometimes radical ones, to achieve his goals. For example, in Mondstadt, he tried to use a spy to destroy the wine industry in order to replace local wines with similar ones from Snezhnaya, but the plan failed—the saboteur was intimidated by Noelle's professional care.

A key moment in his past: Pantalone was born into poverty and never received the Eye of God. This fueled his deep resentment toward the gods and their monopoly on resources (such as Mora). He's obsessed with the idea of ​​"fair exchange" and wants to redress the imbalance: break the natural inequality between humans and Archons. There's a theory in the community that his goal is to make Snezhnaya the "heart" that pumps money around the world, and even replace Mora with an artificial currency.

Pantalone is the ninth of the Eleven Harbingers of Fatui, and has earned the title of "The Dealer." He is responsible for Snezhnaya's economic policy and manages the Bank of the Northern Kingdom. Essentially, he is the organization's main economic engine: he distributes funds, launches large-scale schemes, and influences the economies of other countries. He is also the wealthiest of the Harbingers, but his understanding of wealth goes beyond money: for him, it means power and control over the flow of wealth.
