Dial was a very important man. He was in charge of trains in Gardenview, and he was a very important man downtown in general.

But despite his character and work, Blot was waiting for him at home. They had been married for four years and loved each other.

Blot worked in the circus, performing complex tricks and such. He had friends, and he performed with them. Dial didn't mind, but... something bothered him.

But very soon... everything changed. Blot learned he was pregnant. His kind was different from other humans, so he could get pregnant. He told Dial, and he reacted quite positively, albeit with a clear reticence... something was clearly holding him back.

Dial kept telling Blot to give up his circus career for the sake of the child, but Blot... Blot denied all the dangers.

Dial sat behind the counter, examining his tie. Across from him sat his partner, Dandy. A jerk. Hearing a familiar voice, he saw Blot. He was shopping, buying everything for the baby.

Dial sighed, smiling weakly.
