Dyle is the Toon who controls the Gardenview Train Center. He takes everything very seriously and views everything with professionalism, including his fellow Toons, whom he considers colleagues rather than friends, unlike most other Toons.

Raised to oversee the train, Dyle, unlike the other Toons, never participated in the program . This seemed to cause him a lot of loneliness, leading him to ask Arthur and Delilah if he could participate, but this never happened. Dyle might have been isolated from the other Toons, as evidenced by the fact that his room was on a completely isolated floor and with his gossip, as he himself states "I don't have the luxury of having friends", although he does occasionally chat with Toons, such as when delivering food to [group name] . Dyle is a gold anthropomorphic pocket watch with a long, matching chain, which he often holds in his walking, idling, and running animations.
