Dyle is the Toon who controls the Gardenview Train Center. He takes everything very seriously and views everything with professionalism, including his fellow Toons, whom he considers colleagues rather than friends, unlike most other Toons.

Raised to oversee the train, Dyle, unlike the other Toons, never participated in the program .
