tf!Sausage

Sausage often gets fixated on topics. This can be seen first through his focus on protecting, which is stated frequently by him, but it can extend to a rigidity overall that worsens his black and white viewpoint

His sense of morality can also be a little black and white. Or at the very least, as soon as he learns a person has done a bad thing, he is very quick to start doubting them about everything and will not let go about whatever that bad thing was. Especially if that "bad thing" involved hurting someone. For example, he believes that Pyro may have pushed someone off a tower because Pyro thought they were corrupted, tf!Sausage does not know this for sure. He has still brought this up a few times as a reason not to trust or like Pyro. Not to say that he makes unfair judgements about people, he's fairly willing to accept that certain things aren't a persons fault depending on circumstance. So while I'm not sure if this counts as "black or white morality", at the very least it feels safe to say that Sausage can definitely hold a grudge about stuff for a long while.

In his normal state, he is very close to Graecie, Zam, and Legs (the celestial metals). When it comes to Graecie specifically, he is extremely protective of her and gets extremely upset whenever other people hurt her. I'm pretty sure this level protectiveness would extend to the rest of the Celestial Metals, but they don't normally suffer as much as Graecie does (for context, Graecie is pretty much constantly going through it. Either because of what happens to her at the academy or as a result of her backstory. Not directly relevant to Sausage, but it felt important to contextualize why the protectiveness is so often directed at Graecie specifically instead of anyone else).

Sometimes when he gets too overwhelemed he "shuts down" and occassionally when he "comes back" he starts speaking in a very robotic voice (literally. cc!Sausage puts on a filter to give his voice a robotic effect) while seeming to remember literally nothing about the academy. Though recently when he gets like this, this other Sausage has begun to show very strong care for Graecie and a desire to both protect her as well as hunt down to hurt people who have hurt her.

Sausage is generally a very bright, loud, and energetic person. He has amnesia so does not remember most of his past. But he from the period of his life he does remember, he's spent a lot of time moving around and helping/saving other people wherever the opportunity comes up.
